Overall

I really want to like this store - but unless you are in their "clique" or a long time customer or bought a machine from them (which myself and a friend would have except they made us feel like we were beneath their time)- they treat you like you are a nuisance and a bother. their fabric selection is great - the customer service - not great. same experience all 5 times i went - my girlfriends had the same experience so it's not just me. dont go unless you want to feel like you are imposing and beneath their time. I stopped going - after 5 times I got the message.

p.s. this review is for the st. louis store - i have heard thru the grapevine that the Fairview Heights store is much better and know several St. Louis folks who will not go to this store but will travel over to the Fairview Heights store because their customer service is so much better.

Jackman's Fabrics is the most wonderful quilting shop I have every visited. They have so many beautiful quilts and other items on display that inspire you to create your own. The displays change with the seasons, and there are always new and fresh ideas waiting to inspire your creativity. The staff is very knowledgable and always willing to offer their assistance. Jackman's Fabrics continuously offers classes in the many sewing arts, including embroidery, bringing in top artists in their field of expertise. They are a one-stop shop for purchasing your new machine, to sewing/quilting accessories, to home decorating supplies! A wonderful, inspiring shop!

Great place. They have all the answers to any sewing or quilting questions, not to mention the greatest fabrics. I purchased my baby lock machine here, so glad I did.

I love this store. I bought my embroidery machine at their other Jackman's store and the classes are wonderful, and if I need help this store is there for me too. They have such a big new selection of fabrics to choose from. Seems like they get new fabric in everyday.!

Awesome!

This is an awesome store! And they have 3 locations! Their service is beyond compare. I bought a sewing machine, and they took such good care of me, unlike like the "other dealers" who left me hanging. Jackman's also has a huge amount of fabric and great displays and ideas!
