Iccessorize

I visited last year after i bought my first iphone from apple and they showed much promise as a newish retail store. Great customer service. This was winter/spring in the galleria. Second time i went there for an ipad case in the summer and it had gone downhill. The worker was awkward, the kiosk was a mess, and their friends were hanging around. So I went to the westcounty location with to different worker and he said he would get me the case from the other mall. Went back. No case. I described him and he wasn't even working there anymore. I wouldn't go back. Besides everything I would have bought was cheaper online

I bought an iPhone 4s and wanted a case so i went to the kiosk to the right of the apple store, Both times i stopped by nobody was even in the area, 45 minutes each time i waited nobody ever showed up, very disappointing who ever works at that kiosk should really learn to stick around, i wasn't the only one who was waiting at least 5 others were waiting as well, Never Going back, i just hope they have something to offer the mall besides being gone and a nasty destroyed looking kiosk.
