Poor customer service. They may have

Poor customer service. They may have the necessary technical skills, but the people Hoffman sent out irked me before they walked through the door. The lead plumber was talking on his cell phone as he walked in and we stood there in my house for a couple of minutes as he finished his call (no apology offered). Before his assistant even said hello, he handed me a document to sign for the charge for the service call. They were not able to give me a bid because I needed a master plumber (as I had in fact explained that I needed when I made the appointment). ""Can we look at something?"" the lead plumber asked, but I said it's time to leave. Hoffman wasted my time. I had to call someone else.
