I wouldn't recommend using the...

I wouldn't recommend using them. My wife took a vacation day to stay home to get her windshield replaced. She was told to call that morning and they would provide a two hour window when they expect to show up. She was told 2-4 pm. They never showed, never called and never responded to my phone call in the afternoon.

I went with another company.

I was upset and wouldn't recommend anyone use them if this is their idea of customer service.



I am really disappointed with ...

I am really disappointed with the service I am receiving from the company. Especially from Brian. He was very rude and condesending. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, and my order was supposed to be ready in 3-5 business days. Well during that time I tried contacting them and Brian answered I asked about my status and he placed me on hold to only hang up on me after a few minuteds. I called back and had to leave a message. I left 4 messages on that day with the ansering service as well as the dispath line. No one called as promised so the next day I contacted them and had to leave yet another 3 messages. On the third day i was able to talk with someone and they said due to the storms my 3 season room patio window was placed on hold. So on 5/4/2012 I was able to speak with Todd and he was rather nice. He stated that my order should be in tuesday 05/08/2012 and if so he would put it out on the truck Wednesday. Well Tuesday and Wednesday i received no call but around 3:30pm (I work) husband received call (he was out of town) that they were in our driveway to delivery. We asked if they could come back in about an hour when someone was home they stated no. Asked if they could rescheduled they said that they were already booked. I said to schedule for Friday. Well I contacted them today to what time on Friday they would be coming and RUDE BRIAN stated that they were booked up, and that I should have called him earlier to make my appt. since i missed the previous. they can only come out next week Monday or Tuesday. i told him that was unacceptable and if I could speak to a Manager he said it was him. I said I needed a number to the complaint line and he said I would only get him. He then stated that if I wanted my glass it would be Monday or Tuesday and then proceeded to hang up on me.

I've contacted the corporate office and they stated they will contact the Franchise owner or liason to see what they can get resolved. i will then place an update. I am having family over for Mother's Day and would have like to use my 3 season room for entertaining, but who want's to see a door covered in plastic the whole time.

The Doctor is Out

I'm not the sort of person to write reviews... unless I'm really pissed-off and I think people should be warned. So, here goes:

I scheduled service over the weekend to have my driver's side door glass replaced. Dispatch called me on Monday morning to tell me they could not replace the glass in my driver's side door because I would have to order it from the dealership.

The first reason this is bad business is because I should have been informed of this fact when I set up the original appointment. If I knew they didn't have the part for my car, I could have called 8 other companies that did.

Secondly, the vandals who broke my window not only damaged the glass, but I'm sure the rain coming in all weekend did a tremendous amount of damage to the upholstery. And now I'm thinking the Glass Doctor might have to share a bit of the blame for that as well.

I will never call the unreliable team at Glass Doctor again, nor will I recommend them to my friends. Instead, I will tell everyone how much of a quack the Doctor is.



Called to schedule an appointm...

Called to schedule an appointment to have my windshield replaced. I spoke with the sales associate, Brian, and found that he was extremely rude and short with me. I also discovered, after calling several companies that my websearch suggested, they were all going to the same company, even though it was listed as different numbers and different company names. Essentially, when I went to schedule with someone else after talking to rude Brian, they already had me on their books from him. I decided to buy a windshield through a local company instead.

Extremely poor customer service!!

I echo the previous review. Awful customer service. We were told the mobile service would be at our home to replace a window between 2 and 4. At 5pm, they still hadn't showed, or called for that matter. We called at 5:15 and were told they were two minutes away. Forty-five minutes later, still no word. In the end, we had called their customer service line 7 times, were told twice that we'd get a call back, which we never received. Finally, at 7:40pm, and our last call to customer service, we were told our appointment had been rescheduled for the following day. We never received a call letting us know of the rescheduling, or an apology call for that matter. I would've hated to experience what the replacement service would have been!

Great People, Fast Service

I had a big crack in my windshield and was afraid to drive it to work. I called Glass Doctor early in the morning and they made my windshield the first job for one of their techs and I was back on the road at 10am. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

Wow what a time saver

My car got broken into downtown around lunchtime. I called the Glass Doctor and by go home time they had it all put back together and even filed the claim with the insurance company. It doesn't get any easier than that.

Fast and friendly is no joke..

My car was badly damaged in last months storms, not once but twice. One call was all it took both times and Glass Doctor was at the door same day had it all cleaned up and it looked great again. And I got my factory original glass both times. The second windshield only cost me labor. Have never been more pleased with a companies performance...
