Good initial buying experience but to get the car worked on after even using the extended warranty was horrible. Worst service experience with a car ever. I felt like I was scammed into work and purchases I could have had somewhere else for a fraction of the close to $700 for two rear tires I spent.

The staff at Dave Sinclair Ford has always been very professional in their service to me when I bring my car in for its routine service checks. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new car or having one repaired.

this was the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car. I would have walked out however I really wanted a certain make and model that only they had in the area. First off I made an appointment to test driver the car and they called and confirmed the day of, but once I got there they could not locate the car, the manager was driving it around on his day off. But after 15 mins they found out the car was actually getting an oil change. If they confirmed then they should have the car ready. The sales lady was not friendly and SLOW!!! I don't recommend the only female salesperson. And expect to wait forever on each step to making a purchase.
