General Info

Classic Metal Craft is an ornamental wrought-iron fabricator. We fabricate both basic railing designs and elaborate custom designs from raw materials and purchased components. We specialize in residential iron work such as step railings, guard railings, gangway gates, driveway gates, fencing, balconies, mailboxes, fireplace screens, oven hoods and more. Our products are not prefabricated products. Everything except some mailboxes are made from unfinished materials then cut, welded, forged (if necessary) and painted. Our painting process is a two step process. We first dip the entire product in a red oxide primer, then an oil based black paint is sprayed to create a durable, semi gloss finish. Our employees professionally install the complete iron work, however, you may install yourself. Please just let us know that when we are estimating the project for you. Please call us for iron repair work as well. ASSOCIATIONS: We are a member of NOMMA (National Ornamental & Miscellaneous Metals Association. We are also a member of the US Chamber of Commerce, the NFIB (National Federation of Independent Business), and Forest Park Southeast Business Association.

Services/Products

We provide custom made wrought iron products. Some of those products include driveway gates, gangway gates, garden gates, wine cellar doors, decorative front door panels, garden fences, pool fences, patio railings, step rails, hand rails, porch rails, mailboxes, false balconies, structural balconies, spiral stairs, iron trellis' & outdoor Victorian lighting. We do repair work to existing iron rails and fences. Classic Metal Craft custom fabricates everything from simple handrails to meet building codes to very ornamental hand-forged designs. So price ranges can vary from a few hundred dollars to several thousand dollars.

New custom ironwork or repairs to existing. We offer free estimates. A trip fee may be charged to measure for fabrication if the finished product is to be installed by the customer rather than Classic Metal Craft.
