I took my 4 yr old shepherd mix to carol house pet clinic on Tuesday September 27 th 2016 to get spade. I went to pick her up at 4:00 pm only to see her laid out on the floor unresponsive. No one there seem to know what had happen to her. She was rush to the animal emergency hospital. I was informed by the doctors that her blood pressure was way too low. for way too long and now she had heart and severe brain damage from being in that state for so long. Carol house agreed to pay the bills but after 4 days(Saturday October 1 St) they told the hospital to release back to me. Coco had suffered severe brain damage. Her head was tilted at a 45 degree angle and her balance was badly off her sight was blurred and she wouldnt eat. After one day of being home her condition got worse. Now today she's being put to sleep. All I wanted to do was have here spaded and now she's dead less that a week later.
I have had great experiences at Carol House quick fix. I have had 3 of my retired show dogs spayed or neutered there and they were totally caring and professional. I refer them often to people seeking an alternative to traditional vet clinics with their high costs. They definitely fill a void and make responsible pet ownership possible to folks of all income brackets.
Last week my cat's microchip company called me and told me my cat was brought into Carol House Quick Fix Clinic. I went to the clinic, three hours after I was called, to get my cat but the clinic didn't want to return him because he was brought in by a family that wanted to adopt him. A tech actually told me that she told the chip company not to call me. I was surprised and angry that she told me that and told her that her the family didn't have a the option to adopt my cat. After an hour of demanding my cat back he was given to me. Who knows how many loved fur-babies they've given away to strangers.
