Called Car Care December 2017 to cancel contract. Sent in cancellation letter. Of course they never recieved it when I spoke to them a week later. Waited patiently, called again numerous times no answer. Called Marathon Group and just heard today January 30th 2018 a week ago Car Care went out of business and Marathon will be handling all redunds. So if you havent recieved your refund CALL MARATHON NOW!

As we all know the business owner probably reads these. I would just like to add. When you get sued and file for bancruptcy lose all your money and have nothing left to show for. That and or do jail time. I just want you to think about one thing. Was it worth it?

My 12-year-old daughter received a letter from Vehicle Service Department. We called to ask that they not send her letters for a car she has never owned and neither have I. They acted childish and very unprofessional. They said this company sold them my daughters info and they sent the information. We spoke with three different men (John, Bill, and Mick). They gave us the address (1851 Craig Park Ct. Saint Louis, MO) as their address which we found suspicious. We were threatened by them saying we owed $25,000 in fees for a vehicle no one in our household has ever owned. They act worse than my 12 year-old in handling conflict. All we were asking was to have my daughters information removed and they did not care to have her information removed. They were unbearable to deal with. They threw in random threats all of which we have recorded. They have harassed my daughter since Wednesday evening and she has since received multiple phone calls from various numbers from St. Louis, MO. Not happy. We have had to change her number which is only meant for emergencies. They kept trying to convince her to talk to us about purchasing an extended warranty that I had to step in to talk to them and say no. I just bought my first and new car with the warranty from the car company. How is the warranty expired or close to expiring? And how did they get my daughters name if nothing is in her name? Very fishy. Most likely, or should I say, very likely a scam.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I CANCLED MY WARRANTY WITHIN 30 DAYS. THEY GIVE YOU 30 DAYS TO REVIEW YOUR WARRANTY IF U DONT LIKE IT YOU CAN CANCEL AND GET A FULL REFUND. SO I CANCELED IT IN JANUARY AND STILL HAVE NEVER RECIEVED MY MONEY.. THEY ACT AS IF THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST. NEVER DEAL WITH MARY OR ANDREW. THE CAMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES, THEY ARE THERE TO COLLECT YOUR MONEY, NOT TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS. BUT LUCKLY FOR ME THEY OWE THE CUSTOMER 10% OF THE DEPOSIT EVERY MONTH THEY ARE LATE GIVING YOUR MONEY BACK. PROBABLY HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 MONTHS FOR THE 10%.

The company even rips off the employees. The owners lie about the pay structure and then fire you when you keep complaining. They are dishonest and unprofessional. They dont care about anything but money. Its 2 people there that breed evil as they breathe. They take all the money and rotate personal like meat. God should strike down the building like sodom and gomora

VERY SHADY BUSINESS!! Don't walk, RUN AWAY. You've been warned. Promising 30 days money back guarantee. After reading all of the complaints and shady business with this company, we decided to call back to cancel this so called policy. The Billing Department sent the call back to the Sales Rep! How shady is this?! So he asked us to call the Billing Dept again. SThey could not provide an email confirmation nor a verbal confirmation number to verify a cancellation notice! Asking all of the obvious questions as to why they can't provide this, the rep was baffled and wasn't allowed to respond because she was being monitored. Suddenly another person interrupted the call to loudly yell over my voice to justify for her their shady business. I continued to speak calm as she yelled over my voice until she hung up on me! How's that for professional?? I called back just to tell them how unprofessional they where, and the SAME girl who yelled over me was on the line, only attacking me this time!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I asked for more information on the company to make me feel better about my purchase, and they gave me incorrect information. They couldn't explain to me how they got my home and car information. Then after asking about ten times for a refund they finally gave me the number for customer service, and when I called the number wouldn't go through. After calling back Elliot basically told me that I was typing in the number wrong and blaming it on me (even though I was looking at my recently dialed and it was correct). Their customer service manager was outright rude. She attempted to lie and say I couldn't have a refund at the time, and that I had to wait for paperwork to come in. Then after I told her about seven more times that I wanted a refund that day and I did not want to wait, she rushed me off the phone, and didn't want to answer any of my questions about getting a cancellation number for the refund. I wouldn't even give them one star if I had the choice. Even if they are a completely legit business, I would never give my money to such rude and disrespectful people.
