Bought a car for $9500 with the signed agreement that I would bring my car back and they would fix my keyfob, windshield wiper, tire pressure light, and cd player (a cd was stuck in it). After signing all the papers, joe gave me a copy of all my paperwork in an envelope. I realized after leaving that the paper we signed stating they would fix those issues was not included in the envelope they had given me. I brought my car back so they could fix those issues, like we had agreed. When I picked it up, there were 58 miles extra on my car, and all that they *SAID* they had "fixed" was the tire pressure light and the keyfob. Nobody communicated to me that they hadn't fixed the stereo or windshield wiper until I noticed and asked. The owner, Tony, and Joe were both gone at that point. When I asked one of the porters what they had done, the porter stated that all they had been asked to do was put a new temp tag on my car (the first one they gave me got rained on and smeared). The porter then called the owner (Tony) and then came up to tell me "they couldn't get the cd out" and then went back into the dealership. I called Joe the next day and we arranged another time for me to bring my car back down to fix the remaining issues. I asked for an extra copy of the agreement that we signed stating they would fix those issues, and Joe told me that Tony wasn't there yet and the papers were locked in his office. Joe called me six hours after dropping my car off to state that it was on it's way back from a mechanic shop who was supposed to be fixing the stereo. I asked if they had fixed the cd player, and he stated that he didn't know but would call me back when he did. I did not get a call back. When I picked my car up, the cd player was still broken. Also, only two miles were put on my car that time, so I doubt that it went to a mechanic. I can't say for certain, as Joe never called me to let me know what they supposedly did.



Two visits up there, and there was no communication on what had actually been fixed unless I specifically asked, and it was jumping through hoops to get that information. Plus, when they made the copy of the signed paperwork for me, I feel that they purposefully left out that document where I asked them to fix those issues so that they could avoid doing so. They also had a window sticker on the car saying that the warranty was 100% parts and 100% labor for 30 days. When I signed the paperwork the document stated that it was 50% parts and 50% labor. My fiance asked about it, and was told that "the 100% was a typo." Um, okay.



This business is very shady. They will say whatever to get you to give them the money and sign the paperwork, and then they will screw you over any way that they can. AVOID!!!!

the most horrible dealership on the earth of the planet. don't go here..you will pay more than you should and all or most of the cars for sale has been in accident before or has some kind of mechanical issues.

Thiz place iz da bomb dog. Theyz hooked me up with a Gator -22's - brains blown out and everyting dog. And my note only iz 882 a month....shiiitttttt.....



And that lil dude in the back with the red face - he is cool as hell. He told me he would buy my gator back in 6 months and get mes in an slade for half my note. I think I loves him.
