We just had our spa delivered and it is wonderful! The people at Aspen are so easy to work with. No hassles what so ever. Great people and a family owned business with an American made product.

On Monday the great people of Aspen Spas delivered our new Arcadia Spa. Our original Avalanche spa we first purchased from them 17 years years ago finally was upgraded and boy was it an upgrade. In STL or in the surrounding midwest the ONLY place to look for and purchase a spa is ASPEN SPAS! You can shop all the other places if you want but in the end ASPEN is where the educated, savvy consumer buys. They have the best quality and you can customize your spa to what your taste is. More jets, lighting, sound system, salt water, fresh water you get the idea. If you can dream it they most likely can do it, your very own custom MADE IN St LOUIS MO spa!

I purchased a spa from Aspen. ...

I purchased a spa from Aspen. It was a pre-owned Aspen BRAND that had been refurbished by them in their shop. It was also delivered and installed by Aspen. Problems began right away. It leaked. They "fixed" it under the six month warranty. Then it leaked some more. And some more. And again. Then a pressure filter problem. They had to return at least 5 times. Once the warranty expired the motherboard failed and had to be replaced. The tub STILL LEAKS!
BEWARE... Now I get an email offering me 50 dollars to write a good review for them. Give me a break!

We realize that no one likes to have to pay for service after their spas are out of warranty, but we fixed your spa and sold you a new motherboard at a drastically discounted rate. If there is some other issue we need to address, please feel free to call or email us and we would be happy to schedule a free service call to determine what the problem is. It should be evident by the other reviews that we do everything in our power to take care of our customers.

Before purchasing a spa I call...

Before purchasing a spa I called independent spa installers and technicians and asked for recommendations.
Aspen Spas and Sundance Spas were both highly recommended.
I went with Aspen since they had a spa that matched my budget.
I've been happy with the spa, and the service and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I highly recommend purchasing ...

I highly recommend purchasing your spa from Aspen Spa, I purchased my first spa from them back in 2000. The spa has been great and works perfectly after 12 years of use. I have referred several friends how also have purchase spas from Aspen.

They offer great customer service, products and easy to work with.

Great place to buy a spa. Very helpful and go out of their way to provide the best services. Only local manufacturer of hot tubs and their prices are hard to beat. Sure you can get one at your local big box store but don't hold your breath for warrenty service.
We've been dealing with them for over 3 years you can't go wrong

We purchased our spa about 3 weeks ago and it was delivered this week. It is amazing. I love the fact that the tubs are manufactured in our area. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with all of our questions. I highly recommend Aspen Spas to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.

You can buy a spa anywhere. Most are probably ok. But when you buy one from a quality manufacturer like Aspen you not only have a great spa but you get awesome service too. We moved and left our Aspen Spa for the new owners to enjoy. This our second spa. Our first Aspen spa was around 8-10 years old. We had a pump problem once and it was replaced under warranty promptly and heat regulator another time. We called service a couple more times and we were able to solve the problem over the phone and there was no charge. You wouldn't buy a car you cant service. I wouldn't buy a spa if you couldn't get the service you need promptly. The other thing that convinced me is that it is built right here in St Louis and is family owned. Its hard enough to find built in the USA so when its easy as this and makes sense, and I went to Aspen for my second Spa. Great company and great people to work with.

In 2001 I bought a Grecian Tub...

In 2001 I bought a Grecian Tub (aka 6person hot tub) , built a room onto my home and put the Grecian tub in the floor so you walk into it like a swimming pool. Wonderful hot tub and ooh... so available. I needed to be able to do some water therapy after a knee injury and it worked great! I worked with Lee Bania to design this and get it done the way I needed it. Aspen was great to work with and for the couple of times I have needed work, their service people are awesome too.

Looking to replace our first s...

Looking to replace our first spa, we took advantage of an opportunity to buy a pre-owned Aspen Spa from the original owner. Despite this, Aspen quickly provided us with an owner's manual and additional information. This one has been a wonderful addition to our back yard, and its quality combined with the excellent local customer service will have me calling Aspen for our next spa.

I purchased a spa 5 years ago ...

I purchased a spa 5 years ago and it has been absolutely service free. Have had some water clarity issues and the staff is quite knowledgeable and resolved my problems. This is my second spa and compared to the other, there is no comparison. This is a 10.

I purchased my first Aspen Spa...

I purchased my first Aspen Spa in 2000--loved it and had next to no issues with it. Moved in 2009 to another home that had a hot tub that was not from Aspen Spa--had all sorts of issues with it and the service. Last year decided to buy another Aspen Spa--they just make everything so easy and their service and product are first-rate. Also, I am pleased to support a locally owned company--highly recommend Aspen Spa.

Can't begin to tell you how ha...

Can't begin to tell you how happy i am with my Aspen hot tub!!! When i called to ask questions, I got all the right answers. when I went down there to look ( and buy ) a hot tub, my kids sat in one and wet-tested it while I talked business, money, and did the paperwork........ Upon delivery, the guys were on time, and knowledgeable. We worked together to get my new tub up and running to my satisfaction!...... Had on issue with a heating element, and I call first thing the following morning. By the time I got home from work, it was back up and running!! I have nothing but positive things to say about Aspen! I also really like the fact that they are made in St. Louis, my hometown! A+++ thank you guys!!!

We bought our spa 2 years ago and have really enjoyed it and have had great luck with it. Aspen Spas has been great to work with and very easy to do business with. They are very friendly and responsive and are always having specials on their products. They also offer a chemical class on Saturday mornings that is very helpful and gives great tips on how to take care of your Spa. I would highly recommend them and it's great to do business with a STL based company! Thanks, Jimmy

As a member of their mailing list, I really enjoy all the incentives Aspen Aspas provides, such as great price breaks on chemicals, cleaning service... and now a $50 in-store credit for leaving positive feedback? WOW! This benefits me as a customer, and it benefits a great local business. Why would I not want to support that?



I think the guys leaving negative feedback are competitors. Don't let 'em bring ya down! They're just jealous.

We purchased our spa from Aspen Spas in Oct. of 2011. We have been very happy with both the product and service. The staff was very courteous and patient while we changed our minds several times. The installation went smoothly, and they made sure we knew how to best operate the spa. They go out of their way to assure that we are enjoying their product. We would highly recomend Aspen Spas to anyone.

A cute story - We bought our hot tub "used" from close friends of ours who originally bought it at Aspen Spas. They were selling it to help put money away for adopting a child. After that child was born, we were chosen as his Godparents!

We have had our hot tub for 3 years now, and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! When it's time to upgrade to a newer model, we will DEFINITELY make the purchase at Aspen Spas! Their staff is always very friendly & helpful, and we always feel welcome when we visit for supplies. I highly recommend them, and you owe it to yourself! You deserve it!

We have been customers of Aspen Spas for about 18 years. We loved our first hot tub so much, that when we moved to our new house, we bought a second one. The spas are easy to maintain, and we have had only one service call in 20 years. In addition, the staff is friendly as well as knowledgeable, and we like the fact that it is a locally owned family business. We can highly recommend Aspen Spas.

We've owned our spa from Aspen Spas for about 6 years now and it still runs as well as it did new. When we were looking for one originally, I was surprised to see that they were actually a manufacturer here in St. Louis, not just a dealer. That attracted us immediately to check them out as a local business. Right away we were offered a tour of the facility and actually got to see spas in various stages of production. This satisfied the techy geek in me, and was really impressive. They've always been pleasant to work with and the same people are always there, and know our spa. Great place.

We have owned an Aspen Hot Tub...

We have owned an Aspen Hot Tub since 2002. It was one of the best purchases that my wife and I have made for our own relaxation. Since our original purchse, Aspen has been great! We have had very few issues with our hot tub. When there has been a problem, the folks at Aspen have been there for us immediately and have solved all of our issues. There have even been times where we have thought there was a problem and in all actuality it was an error on our part. Aspen came out and didn't even charge us.



In the future, when/if we require a new hot tub, Aspen will get the first opportunity.
