Terrible customer service. They try to take advantage of vulnerable customers.
I'm disabled and recently I called my primary physician and requested her consent for me to obtain a walker with a seat. I can't walk very far without getting out of breath. I received a call back and they suggest Provider Plus. They use them for all their patient's needs. I said OK and within the next hour Provider Plus called and we settled on the product, color and attachments. Within 3 working days a very nice and pleasant man named Tom came to my apartment with the walker already intact. I had been so worried about how I was going to put it together. He explained and demonstrated how every function worked and asked if I had any questions. I can't express my joy of his professionalism and kindness toward me and my needs. I would recommend them for any special needs that they can supply and will definitely be using them in the future. Cheryl, St. Louis, Mo. Re: Watson office and Tom.
I was sent here by my mother who use to work with the past owner Kathy at another med place. My mother said this was a great place back then. Now when I went there today this was so very disappointing on how this place turned out after Kathy has passed. No professionalism. No service. No care. The place is a dump. Empty boxes on the floors, no one even tries to ask if you need anything. They all sit on there phones and you are a bother to them. I am not going to get into detail as I have already wrote a review on Yelp. It's unfortunate as Kathy had a heart of gold and she is looking down on this and must be so disappointed. I will never return and I will be passing this onto our friends and family. So sad.
When Kathy Serafin was alive and ran this company it was good. She passed away and the brothers took over and the company fell on their face. They even tried to sell out. Worst customer service, worst President and Vice-President, worst crippled up employees that work there. DO NOT use this company!! Sales Reps that are in the office more than in the Doctor's offices. It is a shame that the best employees left when Kathy died.
It cost $495 (not covered by any insurance) to become a new patient. Your follow up visits are $295!What they DON'T tell you is that anytime the Dr orders lab work for you...Body Logic charges you an out of pocket fee of (for mine) $249 just to turn in that lab order to the lab...PLUS whatever your lab work cost!!!!At no time was this lab fee disclosed beforehand. There is no way I can afford this .....and now I am out $495 new patient fee as after finding this out I now have to pay yet again to get established with a new Dr that doesn't charge a fee too turn in your Dr ordered lab work!!!! Never ever heard of such a rediculous fee!!!!They really need to disclose this information BEFORE you pay $495 to get established as a new patient!!!
Cheeted me and lied! Gave me a cheep cpap when I requested a model with more monitoring. They lied and said insurance would only cover cheap one. Now I have to buy another out of pocket or do anual sleep studies due to lack of monitoring features all other manufacturers have. Over charged for cheep machine.
Worst customer service ever. They charge triple what you pay online. Do NOT go here.
This place has consistently bad service. It's unbelievable. Every single time I call I have to leave a message. No one ever calls me back. Not once. How do they stay in business?
Great service and friendly people. My sales person was able give me excellent advice when I was trying to adapt my parents home to make it safer for them to live in. They walked me through the processes on getting a power chair for my dad and a lift for the van to get around with. Even came out to the house to install it!!!!
I always have had fantastic service from Mediequip for my elderly Mother's needs, until recently. I was in dire need of help for my Mother's return to home after a Stroke, and had 30 minutes to work out what was needed before returning to the TCU at the hospital, and was "greeted" with rudeness and lack of help and compassion by of all people... the owner Don. I had never met him until now, and hope to never endure him again. Shame on him.
