I have shopped here frequently since it is close to my house. The service was never really good but they have a large selection of hair. I bought several packs of hair and was not satisfied. They don't do refunds so I attempted to exchange the hair I did not open. The cashier tells me I can only exchange one since the other appeared to be opened. I did not open the remaining hair since I was not satisfied with the others. I'm highly pissed, they have no respect or consideration for their customers. After three years of shopping there I will never go back!
This was my first visit to this store today. One of the items I purchased was a lipstick. When I paid for the items and left the store I took one of the lipsticks out of the bag and ran it across the back of my hand to check out the color but it was DRY. So I then checked out one of the lipglosses and it wasn't quality at all. So I took those two items back into the store and asked to EXCHANGE them because the lipstick was dry and the lipgloss wasn't quality. The guy behind the counter took the lipstick and ran it across the back of his hand and said, "It's not dry." Then this lady in the back that does wigs came to the front and ran the lipstick across her hand and also said it wasn't dry. The lipstick was .99 cents for god sake. So, I said, well, you expect me to keep this lipstick after you have applied it to your hand, and I swear to God, the man behind the counter said, "Well, you aren't going to wear it anyway, right?" Seriously. Then I said, "so you aren't going to let me exchange this?" and he said NO. So I left and went to my car and checked the bag for the receipt and the receipt said, "NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES ONLY." After I saw that I knew he should have let me at least exchange the item so I went back into the store and showed him my receipt. He still said he was not going to exchange the item.This was my first and LAST visit to this store.
