Awful experience with getting invoices, have called almost everyday for two weeks for a water delivery, left messages, no response. Getting a new company today. Would fire them if I could get them on the phone, plan to just discontinue automatic CC authorized payment for cooler rental. We'll see if they pick up their cooler.
Even when you are making an earnest effort to pay your bill and you owe less than $100, this Gestapo-like outfit still takes pleasure in cutting off the most vital resource known to man next to oxygen (which if they could, they'd cut that off too for a dollar!).Rude, monopolistic, apathetic, money-grubbing thugs, best describes this dinosaur of a utility company. They should be ashamed of themselves. But I know they aren't. SMH!
Billing problems and have to keep calling to bring water. I've made 3 calls now in 2 weeks and no water yet.
I wish you could leave something other than one star. On September 9 they dug up section of my yard to fix a pipe that ran down the street. The hole was about 6 feet by 2 feet by 4 feet deep. They filled it in with crushed rock leaving about 8 inches of open space. Just enough for someone to fall in and break a leg. I called them on September 12th and explained the situation. I was told they'd fix it right away. One week later nothing's fixed and the water main is leaking again. I called again today and was told someone would call me within 1 hour. It's been 2 hours and no one has called. The hole is still there and the water is flowing down the curb.
Great place, lots of great stuff even beyond an incredible selection of oils and vinegars.
Suppossed to be here early morning, 4 pm not here, ruined everything, should pay for damage too.
Waiter was terrible. One meal was cold then they microwaved it and took $2 off the bill. Manager argued about it. Poor experience.
Worst Company Ever. Unfair practices all the way around, very unresponsive to customers. And don't even try complaining to the Missouri Public Service Commission. They won't help you either. I would recommend not doing business with Missouri-America Water, but oh wait, if you live here you don't have a choice.

Wish I had an option for another water company. Their customer service is horrible! After being told I had to have a new meter installed I was given a two hour window. 45 min after the time I was still waiting. Called and was told they should be here within a half hour but they had no clue! Asked to speak to a manager and I was not allowed to! In this day and age of computers, cell phones and GPS is there any excuse for this kind of customer service?
