The best ever! Made with all real ingredients; eggs, cream, vanilla beans, etc. I pray this tradition 4ever remains. IJN, Amen.

From Business: Andy's Frozen Custard is a quick service frozen dessert business. We are a restaurant with drive through and walk-up service windows. We sell frozen custard treat…
The lady servicing customers is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. My ice cream had a terrible taste & she refused to do anything about it. I didn't want a refund, just some quality tasting ice cream. Needless to say I left the product there & will never go back. If you don't mind being treated poorly while you spend your money this is the place to be.
The first time I came to St Louis for work a man on the airplane told me that I had to try the custard at Ted Drewes. So glad I did, it's amazing! I've never had anything so good! I love the peach & marshmallow. It's worth the wait even when the line is long, you won't regret it.
If you don't come here you will regret it. Or maybe you won't because you'll never know how amazing the ice cream is here. The staff is incredibly nice and the atmosphere is bohemian in the best way possible. You have to try their alcohol infused ice cream. I don't even like alcohol but when you mix red wine and decadent chocolate ill bite.
This store is almost my second home. When I need something, I always visit this place. I know already the manager here and he is very accommodating.
Food is great. Cupcakes are heavenly.....so is the ice cream. This place has never disappointed me. Yes...it gets busy. Need to exercise patience or comeback when it's not busy.
This is a Saint Louis tradition that you have to experience! The lines are long, it is 100+ degrees in the August heat, but we stand there patiently waiting for the yummy custard goodness that is the concrete. Oreo for me please
OK, so I've been to Jilly's for lunch several times and just cupcakes other times. Up until last week, each visit was acceptable. Nothing special, but OK. But last Wednesday (Dec. 30), the last day of 2015 that they were serving lunch, we decided to take advantage of a "free cupcake with purchase of two entrees" unsolicited offer Jilly's sent us. We arrived between 1 and 1:30, a long line of customers wrapped around the inside waiting area. Took 15-20 minutes to arrive at the counter. Once there, a woman from the back came to speak with the cashier. When she left, he proceeded to tell us that the kitchen was backed up and it would be an additional 45 minutes until we rec'd our food. Mind you, I had not even placed my order yet, so it wasn't like I had ordered something unusual. Maybe I wanted a simple bowl of soup. Is the soup not made yet? How long does it take to put a ladle in a pot and bring the ladle of soup to the bowl? Sure, they were busy, but there were empty tables, so how did they get so backed up? And being a holiday week, one would expect more staff would be brought in to cover the busiest time of day. Obviously they had not planned ahead. Seems to me they should know better after nine years in business. I did send an email to their general mailbox that day explaining my disappointment and requesting a reply, but a week later and I have not heard from anyone. They obviously have more business than they know what to do with and do not care if they lose a few customers along the way. Well, I am one of the latter group and will not be returning to Jilly's. Period.
Ted Drewes, enough said! Delicious!!
This is the best Ice Cream ever. The Gold Coast Chocolate, and the Chocolate Chip Mint is amazing.
