Do not, I repeat do not use this accountant. He lost my tax documents and failed to file my 940s 2 years in a row and cost me over $300 in just interest and penalties. Plus he never calls you back and very hard to get a hold of, not exactly a quality you want in a good accountant.
I would highly recommend staying away from this business to get your taxes done. They did our taxes incorrectly and now we had to pay the State penalties and late charges. And when you try to call to resolve an issue, you get pushed off on another person who knows nothing about your issue or no phone call at all!! Very disappointing and costly!!
This guy is awesome and no need to wait all day in the same building there is a tax guy that has people waiting all day I use to do it until I was feed up with bad service and switched same amount for my return however Mr.Osborne respected my time.

I had a very complicated tax return. The staff was welcomeing and asuring. Their knowledge and professionalism was very high. The person I worked with was Carrie and She realy saved me time and money. I was very pleased, I actualy recieved more back then last year due to some deductions that I didn't know I could take. My bill for my tax return was even lower then last year at H&R. I will definatly refer all my friend and associates.
