I seen Anthony Kramer on a referral basis from my dentist. I had questions post-op but due to pain and not being able to comfortably speak I appointed my mom to call & ask the questions for me. Once the office was called it was requested to speak with Dr Kramer. Stephanie stated he was in surgery. Stephanie then stated the assistant Diane was not in the office. The purpose was to speak to someone who was physically present in the room during my procedure so we wouldn't have to pass the word around from one person to the next to get answers to my questions. Sandy was then placed on the phone to assist us. After a brief conversation she offered that I return to have Dr Kramer look at my mouth and further answer my questions. HERE'S WHERE THE SCRIPT FLIPPED: Once I returned to the office the day following the phone conversation I began to share my questions to Dr Kramer. Also stating I wanted him to look in my mouth and eunsure the healing was progressing vs regressing. And to point out a specific area of my gum to me with a mirror. He then began to accuse myself & my mother that on the previous day one of us was rude, mad, upset, and kept calling his office complaining to his staff. Very surprised at Dr Kramer's accusations my mother & I defended ourselves that the only reason for the phone call the day before was because I had question, not that either of us felt any negative way. Dr Kramer was very aggressive in continuing to accuse us defending himself as a great doctor and what "his staff" said about us calling. The fact of the matter is I was there because I had questions about my extraction area and the healing. Dr Kramer was so adamant that "his staff" was offended by the initial phone call. I am still in shock how this doctor behaved. His behavor needs to be reprimanded. I entrusted my procedure in his hands and paid for my service before it was administered. And to be treated the way he verbally attacked my mother & I is absolutely abominable.
Dr. Simmons and his office have given me professional, courteous care the two times I've visited his office. Both times I've had tooth/teeth extraction/s. They have been careful with the X-ray, numbing process, and I had no pain at all during the extractions. I would recommend Dr. Simmons for anyone's surgical dental care.
I went to see Dr. Moreland for a second opinion and it was one of the best health decisions I have ever made. Before seeing Dr Moreland I was hospitalized for four days for a swollen left jaw which turned out to be an abcess on my parotid gland. After weeks of no improvement one of my relatives recommended Dr Moreland so I called their office on a Monday morning and they got me in that afternoon for a consultation. They were very professional and showed honest concern for my health issue. They explained their diagnosis in terms I could understand and scheduled a procedure to correct the issue the following morning. After the procedure I felt that I finally received the proper treatment for my illness. They asked that I come back each day that week so that they could evaluate the healing process. On each visit to their office I was greeted with a smile and felt that they genuinely cared about how I was doing.I would recommend Dr Moreland and his staff to anyone.Nathan Sasek
Excellent job on my dental work! No one but Dr. Simmons works on this mouth! Excellent work. Minimal pain during or after.one day pain meds.
Dr. Bedrock and his staff are great! I had a tooth pulled today and was dreading it. But everyone involved in my care was so pleasant, caring, and upbeat. It really made a difference. And the doc must be very skilled, because I have had very little pain after the novacaine wore off.
