I am a BP card holder and my office is nearby but I won't get gas at this station unless it is an emergency. Each time I have used it there has been a problem with my card purchase. Either they can't get the machine to work or they tell me my card has insufficient funds. Then I call BP to find out that I have $5,000 available credit so there is no way I shouldn't have been able to purchase $20.00 worth of gas.
Very disappointed in your very rude staff at Phillips 66 station at 5245 Towne South Rd Saint Louis, MO. Went to get fuel and then in to shop and let my daughter use the restroom. My daughter found the restroom locked, so we patiently waited for over ten minutes for it to become open, but it never did I finally waited in line to ask if the restroom was working and the rude old lady said: "No, you have to use the men's" No sign at all, just a locked door and the woman saw us waiting all that time and didn't say a word to help. No, "sorry" or even a "hello" when we walked in. Just bitter, unhelpful and very rude. I put my food back. My in-laws live 30 seconds from your station and suggested we get gas there, but I'm damn sure going to make sure they no longer give this nasty location a single penny of business from now on. Phillips 66 used to be a respectable brand with friendly staff. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in whoever actually hired these jerks and Phillips 66 in general right now.
The business is great has awesome service friendly also I had a cracked drink and they replaced it and apologized a lot also I accidently clicked mid grade instead of regular and they changed it with a smile and did not make me feel like a idiot also have great attidue when you leave and you feel welcomed wish all stations were like this.
For some reason, this location always seems to have the best gas prices around. Even lower than Sams or Costco. Thank you, Midwest Petroleum.
I would get a couple guys that slogged through the motions like they didn't want to be there, $33.00 I expect to see a clear window without a streak, not the case. If there was a corner they just rounded it off leaving crap in the corner. Upon giving my car back I get more enthusiasm for that 10 seconds than they rest of the detailing process, I mean he really came alive for 5-10 seconds. The place is spotless and well organized, maybe next time they'll perk up, I know what it's like to be 18-23 at 8 a.m. after a Holiday.
I like this PetroMart however, I feel intimidated when using PM gas pumps because on several occasions I have been approached by vagrants asking for gas money. I tell them that all I have is a credit card (which is true) but their harassment persists. I work nights and generally stop by this PM at 2AM & 4AM. On one occasion I stopped by at 4AM but didn’t get out of my car because I could see someone lurking in my review mirror. I left without gas even though I needed some. I came back the next night at 2AM and was again accosted by the same person from the previous night. I will be getting my gas elsewhere if this continues.
I bought the "best" wash/wax option. I was rather underwhelmed with the result. The RainX application was streaky on the windows & missed whole stripes! The vacuum on the car was decent and the interior wipe down was thorough.
Just left this station, they over charged my debit card $3.00 for my items. There is no number on the receipt but i tried calling the number listed here and i keep getting their fax machine. So be very careful with using your debit card with them. I don't know if it was a mistake or intentional. But they just lost a customer.....
I was customer with my autistic child .This Indian man did it harassment on my child.Child drop something on the floor(no demage),and I pick it up all thinks and return them back.In the moment when I tried to pay my child just was running out on the place where man working ,and he told me that child can not cam to that gas station any more.Child came back WITHOUTH MAKING ANY DEMAGE >I'm Member of LEAGAL SHILD And I will report this harassment.He also have very dirty bathroom.Just be careful of infections ,if you ever use that bathroom.!
FIRST I WANNA SAY THAT THE CREW THERE ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY ...THEY CAN CHANGE ALSO BUT THATS BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMERS THAT ACK SO IGNORANT WHEN IT GETS DARK...THEY ALWAYS HELP YOU OUT . I KNOW THE MANAGER NICK WICH ALSO GOES BY ARAB FOR A LONG TIME . HE TAKES CARE OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND MAKES SURE HIS EMPLOYEES ARE ON POINT .. THEY ALWAYS BEAT THE COMPETITORS PRICE IN GAS AND I LOVE THAT THEY SELL EVERYTHING .. CANT WAIT TIL THEY OPEN UP THEIR KITCHEN ..THEY ALWAYS KEEP US COMING BACK ...UNLIKE CROWN MART DOWN THE STREET ...ATTITUDES FOR NO REASON ..BUT UNITED MART IS WHERE MY BUSINESS STAYS ...THEY HELP US SO WE HELP THEM
