Front end alignment costs 238 bucks and car still wants to pull left. Not happy with their service or prices.Also, they said oil was dirty and low..had been changed 220 miles....6 weeks before..I dont like people who lie to me.

Called Car Care December 2017 to cancel contract. Sent in cancellation letter. Of course they never recieved it when I spoke to them a week later. Waited patiently, called again numerous times no answer. Called Marathon Group and just heard today January 30th 2018 a week ago Car Care went out of business and Marathon will be handling all redunds. So if you havent recieved your refund CALL MARATHON NOW! As we all know the business owner probably reads these. I would just like to add. When you get sued and file for bancruptcy lose all your money and have nothing left to show for. That and or do jail time. I just want you to think about one thing. Was it worth it?

BEWARE TOTAL RIPOFF....stole a car of our family that they promise to fix and have documents that we paid upfront.. Played games for months on returning it , then they were trying to get money to fix it when they are a company that should have honestly taken the money that was paid to them by us to do that in the first place,... then suddenly their shop burns down at the previous location with the car in it that they had months before this occurred .. kept calling was played off talking about their insurance coverage, now totally lying and refuse to refund money....sadly trusted this company however, they gained money for their shop and the car which belongs to us including and got paid off of it, now have open up a new shop in the county of ST.LOUIS, MO with some of the claim money that should have been distributed to us and our family car with NO HEART at all for us to have no vehicle..and they have a new shop based on dishonesty and lies... at others cost for them to gain..Totally, not American....Receipts don't lie..scammeres....IF THE RATING COULD SAY ZERO ( 0 ) IT WOULD HAVE A ( -0)
Over charged me for cruise control repair. Had my car for 3.5 hours just to sell me a used steering wheel to fixed the problem, which took 10 minutes to install. Normally it's about s flat fee of $100 to diagnose auto repair issues. This is done so you can be giving an estimate of what it will cost to repair. These guys charge about $90 per hour for diagnosing your steering wheel problem. So my total was $320, when I think it should have been $185, ($100 for diagnostic, $60 to install and $25 for used steering wheel), with them owing about $140. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here first. If you must go here get your steering wheel problem diagnosed somewhere else and give them a certain dollar amount not to go over.
