Got a call on Monday to schedule the delivery of my tv on Thursday. Got a call on Tuesday to schedule the delivery as well. The operator who called me originally failed to make the appointment and now I was going to have to wait an entire week to have it delivered on the following Wednesday. Upon hearing this I asked if I could just drive the 2 hours to pick it up myself over the weekend and the operator said yes. Wednesday I call back to confirm hours over the weekend and they tell me they are closed. So now I have no choice but to wait the additional week to have it delivered. Worst customer service and organization I have ever dealt with -Levi

BRUBEX ENTERPRISE IS FRAUD! beware CARRIERS !Hauled for them and its been 2 month with no payment made.They are all bunch of crooks and liars over there.I am filling against their bond to get paid for the load.
Hauled a load for Brubex in 12/2016 and had to file a claim on their surety bond 03/2017 due to non payment. Talked with Roxanna and was told over and over a check had been mailed. Like everyone else says she just lied and lied. The day the bond company contacted her was the day the check was mailed. Post mark on the envelope was 3/10/17 so it had not been mailed. That was the day the bond company contacted her. Took me filing the claim to get paid. If you need to file a claim the bond company is Hudson Insurance Company (407) 710-1880.
Bad company do not do busniss with , owner who identified her self as owner by name Roxana or roxan does not care that my company did not receive the payment for load we did for them after 50 days , very rude and nasty only send payment by cheapest possible way so of course mail gays lost she has no idea about direct deposit or other ways to pay her dues Very nasty to talk or deal with on top of that she is running a broker company 3PL AND HATE CARRIERS AND TRUCK DRIVERS !!!!!!
bad bad company. It has been 4 months since we ran a load for them and still waiting on payment. Roxanna claimed she mailed the check out. but want to charge $50 to reissue a check. Don't cost that much to write a new check. other broker reissued no charge.
DO NOT HAUL FOR THESE PEOPLE. We booked a load through Truckstop and hauled it as agreed. I submitted the paperwork to my Factoring company and they said they could NOT fund the load because Brubex has BAD CREDIT due to NOT PAYING Carriers who haul their brokered loads. I called Brubex and inquired about quick pay options. I was informed that as long as my PPW was rcvd by Wed(which was the next day) the check would be mailed Friday. They got my PPW on Friday and therefore I had to wait until the following Friday for the check to mail. Some "QP" that is... Anyway, the check was SUPPOSEDLY mailed on 7/22. According to USPS, standard mailing time from MO to FL is 2-7days. Well, it has been 10 days and I have yet to see a check. I filed a complaint with Truckstop.com and against Brubex's trust. If you also need to file a claim against their trust call US BANK NA C/O TIA SERVICES 847-235-6283. its a very simple process!!!
DON'T do business with this company. You Will NOT get paid per agreement. Very rude people. Lies, lies, lies when we call them.
For regional pick up and delivery my company regularly uses FTS and has always had positive experiences. Prices are fair, the service is good, the guys in the office are helpful and communicative. The drivers are respectful, and our items always arrive when they should and in good condition. It's cheaper and faster than UPS for quick delivery in the St. Louis area. Works for us!
Needed a part delivered from Mack the evening we ordered was suppose to receive by 6pm it was delivered at 7pm to the wrong place did not find out until the next morning when we called to see where part was and they said it was delivered to but they left at the wrong business a month later when I noticed the charge on my credit card I was told I took to long to request a refund and the owner was very rude he said his name was Gordon Webb he also told us he was a much bigger company than we would ever be.
