I recently moved and had the opportunity to use some hauling services.I would like to share the excellent company Anderson Hauling, which isthe best of any. I received an estimate over the phone, and was able toget the job done the same day. The gentlemen who came out wereintelligent, courteous, and efficient. I will definitely use them again. Thank you, Anderson for a job well done!

On November 28, 2016 I was driving west on I-44 behind one of their trucks. Traffic was very heavy and there was a lot of construction. Suddenly the traffic came to a standstill. The truck was pointed uphill slightly. I was approximately five feet behind. The truck started rolling backwards and hit my car. There was no way I could get out of my car safely. Traffic started moving again in a matter of seconds. Luckily my wife was a passenger and wrote down the license plate number, cab number, and name of the company.I contacted my insurance company and my agent suggested contacting the company before filing a claim. I called and talked to a man named Roger. I gave him all the information and he said he would look into it and call me back by the next day.A week later I had to call him back. He acknowledged that the truck in question was in that area by the GPS coordinates, but basically said I could be lying about what occurred. Now granted the damage to my car was not extensive. I took it to a body shop and the estimate was less than $550. But that is not the issue. This company could have just done the right thing and offer some type if restitution but they chose not to do that.I tell my story to make this point: if they are going to treat me in this manner, I wonder how they would treat a client.
We're doing road work on 44 at vandeventer and Kingshighway when I pulled into traffic with my turn signal and hazard lights on one of your trucks was bobtailing and try not to let me into traffic then cut me off and was driving I read through a construction zone where the speed limit is 50 miles an hour it was doing over 60 miles an hour driving like a total douchebag. It was bobtail question truck number was 267014. August 17th 2016 approximately 6:30 p.m. Central Time. Just a heads up
I used this company twice for moving and storage our staff locally in St. Louis. I found the company to be very reliable and professionals. The team came on time and packed and loaded all my items very efficiently. All of my items showed up with no damages even after storage. I definitely recommend using this mover and I will NOT hesitate to call them again.
The folks at the St. Louis location on Hall street are some of the nicest professional people. Not only in the logistics department (Nena and Jeanne) but also at the shipping dock (Charlie). All three of the folks I believe went above and beyond!!!
This was the first time I've used movers, so I was a little nervous about allowing strangers to handle and move all of my stuff. I was concerned that the cost.. I called Us Van Lines to find out everything about the move. Chuck came to discuss and provide quote. He studied my belongings and prepared a list and estimated that it will tahe about 3 hours for the move and will need 2 guys for packing, Loading, and unloading and will cost me $350. I thought the cost was reasonable and I fixed up with him. That really did not reduce my nervousness. On the day of the move these guys came on time and quickly started working. Boy they were fast and careful in their work. I was feeling better. After reaching my new abode, they asked me to supervise the arrangement and again quickly started unloading my stuff and bringing them up. I was telling them which stuff goes where, and it was done. These guys were really professional.Thank god my nervousness proved wrong, because the move couldn't have been easier, and the $350 or so that I paid proved to be worth every bit for what I considered to be A LOT of stuff. And I would really encourage you to use Us Van Lines . I was so pleased that I'm using them again next week to move my stuff out of storage and into my new apartment.
I narrowed my criteria to Cheap (because I'm still young and poor) and Irish (because I'm mildly xenophobic. Who said that?) and I got Us Vanlines. And they were awesome. $120/hour for three guys and a huge truck. I only had a 2 bedroom apartment worth of stuff. The movers were friendly and the work was mighty. I didn't lift a finger. At least I had a great time. But. I'm not sure how much fun they had. But they were nice about it. They did a wonderful job. Their service was very exceptional can't thank them enough! They were very fast, efficient, friendly and did a really good job packing big items so that they would not get damaged. They get my recommendation for sure.
Us Van Lines movers showed up early on the morning of my move. The guys were friendly, worked very, very hard and moved me in 1/2 the time I expected. They didn't take a break and I moved from a 3rd floor walkup to a 5th floor walkup and I had a lot of stuff - and it was very cold that day. I am extremely happy with the way things went on move day. I would definitely use them again!
I rented a trailor from them for my items..they said trailor is gone..where is it? damn thieves
Where to start? We had broken dinnerware, broken glasses, they are having to ship something they left on their truck AND we are still missing items that they say were not left on their truck. There is no accountability on their part. If they throw your boxes, drop your boxes, lose items, there is nothing you can do short of suing and that would most likely cost more than your loss from their negligence. If I could go back in time I would never trust this company with my things.
