Very impressed with their design expertise. Chose to engage them for a custom craftsman home. Looking forward to building!

Very active in the Webster and Kirkwood area. They know the area and the nuances of homes in this area. I recommend considering Agape.
Amherst Corporation built the home we lived in for more than 12 years in St Louis. We knew many others who also used Amherst for construction or renovations. The quality of the work and the attention to detail is outstanding. Amherst delivers excellent architectural designs and floor plans.
Our family worked with Rex Pearl of Pearl Construction on a home renovation that had a price tag in the six-figures. We would provide details about the experience, except that Pearl’s lawyer wrote to us that he would respond to negative customer reviews “through whatever means are appropriate.”
Giving one star because I can't move on without at least selecting one. If it was my choice, I wouldn't give them a single star!!!!!!!Secured this company to fix my roof after the 3 Hurricanes in 2004. Wish I had a chance to research and find another company. They swooped in during times of trouble, performed "shotty" work and left me with a leaky roof. For a few months, was able to get someone out to "repair" the roof. Of course, had to wait for a rain to see if the "fix" resolved the issue. When it didn't, after several visits, got to a point where there wasn't anyone local that I could call. I began calling the main number in St Louis. No one would ever call me back. I did reach a very nice gentleman today on the phone. Unfortunately, he isn't with Cambridge (can't use the word quality) Construction. Poor soul has obtained their old phone number. He has received many calls looking for this company. I did locate a number on the Internet, and found out that they had been bought out. When I asked if the new company had taken over the liabilities as well, I was transferred to an extensions for Paul (something or other, couldn't understand the name). Of course I got voice mail. I suppose I will be calling them daily to see what they are going to do now.My next step is to research local county records and see if anyone else has filed suit against them. I'm not even sure that I would ever do business with the company that purchased CQC, and will be finding out their name shortly. Thank goodness, Anthony Macdonald is no longer with CQC or this other company. I suppose he has taken our money and ran for the Hills. If you ever find this person running a construction company, be very LEARY!
We hired this company after Wilma had hit us in South Florida 8 years ago. We got a leak over my kitchen took months to get anyone to this problem fixed, in the mean time my ceilings were damaged from that and they have never fixed my ceilings. Actually they won't even call me back about them. Now my carport is leaking again and I was told by another roofing company that they never finished my carport properly. This unfinished work could cost us thousands of dollars trying to replace rotting wood. I would NOT ever work with this company. I have had to spend months trying to get anyone to even speak to me about my roofing issue. Their accountant took care of my problem last time because no one else would return my calls.
