Horrible service, they care more about upselling then they care about helping their customers. Go somewhere else.
Service is a little better here. Still may go to COSCO.
Love this place. I had a really hard time getting my new frames to fit properly. I had them adjusted at three different places before I went to them. They shortened the ear pieces and added nose pieces so that they actually fit me. The prices are super cheap and the work is high quality. Thanks so much!

Beware of this place!I brought my broken eyeglasses to this shop. The person there couldn't fix them; to make things worse, he broke the frame of my glasses "into pieces," (I mean, literally...) so that it is not reparable any more. But people there did not apologize to me for what happened to my eyeglasses, nor were they willing to take any responsibility for it. They were rather yelling at me, claiming that they didn't do anything wrong. Actually, the receptionist was saying like, "Your glasses were broken when you brought them here, and now they are still broken. So, what's the problem?" Worst experience ever.
I got glasses about a year ago. They are now so scratched I can barely see I came in tonight and they replaced the lenses and gave me new frames for $25! So excited!
This wasa great place at first... i called to see if they were accepting new patients, they were able to get me an appointment that same day. As soon as I walked in they greeted me by name and already had my insurance info ready and on file. The staff is really friendly, the dr is knowledgeable and honest. They walked me through what my insurance covered and the breakdown of all cost which was important to me because my last Eye Glass place was known for ripping people off and adding extra fees that insurance wouldve paid for. The problem came after I came back to pick up my contacts. I originally paid all my fees so all I had to do was pick my contacts up. But when I walked in the Dr. said I owed an extra $40. They tried to pull the bait and switch on me. I already misplaced my receipt (I recommend you keep yours!) so I got a statement from my insurance confirming all of the cost they had me pay at 1st. They also told me the contacts cost more than they actually cost... After I showed my documentation, the receptionist said "HERE!" and handed me the contacts in a manner that made me feel like she was saying shut up and get out! That definitely changed my initial opinion. I'll find somewhere else to do business now.
A week after paid nearly $400 for one pair of glasses (even though a two for one promotion was running) I went into this office to complain that the vision in the right lense was blurry. I was told that no one was around to address the problem and that somebody would call me. That was 5 days ago and I am still waiting for a callback. I'd recommend aproaching this place with total caution.
