I left my iPad with a cracked screen with Cellairis for repair after being told that it would be "as good as new" after repair. Picked it up and took it home to find damage that was t there originally, pink and black spots on the screen picture, certain areas of the screen that wouldn't respond to touch, a sunk in home button, and a large smudge on the inside of the screen that I couldn't clean. When I talked to the same guy who committed to fixing it to "as good as new condition", I was told that they do the best they can but there are sometimes issues when replacing a screen. They would not issue a refund but offered to try to fix it again. Because they couldn't guarantee that they wouldn't do further damage, I declined. After dropping 110 on repair, I still ended up purchasing a new iPad. Wouldn't recommend using them for any repair service.

This business is full of con artist. I purchased an Iphone6 128gb that was supposed to be unlocked. Not only was it not unlocked as advertised, I had to wait at least a wk or two to even obtain my phone and service. They tried to overcharge me and make excuses to why a phone I purchased wasn't available. To top it off the I had an Xbox 360 250gb w/12 games that was supposed to be sold for 160$ total and I found out they were selling the system and games separately and for way more money. Never again.

They did a good job repairing my iphone for the most part. They said an hour, but it ended up being two. Also, I expected an identical back to be placed. Instead when I picked it up, it was just a solid white back, no apple. The price was pretty high, but the man told me it came with a 6 month warranty. I specifically asked "Even if I drop it?" and he said YES. Also, the middle button they replaced was not installed properly, as it was spinning, until eventually it popped off. I also had broke the back again. Today I went in to get these fixed, and the lady working the desk said the warranty was only for malfunction, not drops. I was extremely Irritated already because I knew for a fact I had intentionally asked if drops were included. Then I said, fine, since I had misplaced the receipt I could not argue. I then said well you guys mis-installed the middle button, so can you fix that at least? And she said it would cost $40. THERE IS NO WARRANTY APPARENTLY, and I was lied to, with poor service. Never go to CPR unless you want to be overcharged and lied to.
