OWNER CHERRI IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPLEASANT, INCONSIDERATE, NASTY DISPOSITION, as well she has a I’m better than you, & I don’t care type attitude. I went to this center cause I need full time children care 7 to 5:45 for my 18month old & before care from 7 to 8:45 for my 9yr. I was giving all information to have my children enrolled from Roshanda. Based off the information Roshanda gave me. Went back in today to inform them of what’s going on. Cherri wasnt interested in working with me at all. Cherri began to complain about my 18 month old being at the center so long. But their hours are from 6 to 6, is what Roshanda told me & each child has to gone before 6pm. On top of that I have already changed my son’s bus to the Leonard location & I have no one to watch my 18month old. I explained to Cherri i couldn’t bring them at 8 cause 1. that’s the time I have to be at work. 2. I have another child that has to be at her school @ 730. While being nasty Cherri tried to recruit my other child. Cherri told me to tell my job I need to take off more days & change my schedule to accommodate Cherrie’s facility hours. And they couldn’t enroll until I made my payment. Explained to Cherri I got paid Wednesday & I don’t have anyone to get my children while I work. I do receive state childcare assistance, so payment is covered she had the paperwork stating She was approved to look after my kids. But she wanted cash in hand. So I asked could she work with me. Cherri said to me “I am already working with you letting your 18th old stay from 7am to 5:45pm.” This Lady Cherri is extremely nasty & she needs to be humbled. I do understand she has a business to run but she shows she does care at all about nothing but money cause she just kept pushing the issue about the money & even went up on my fee cause my 18month has to come at 7. I wouldn’t recommend Kim’s Kids to look after my dog. I will be reposting this on BBB site. Horrible, Horrendous person Cherri is!!!!
Extremely poor care. The staff is not interested in the children like other daycares. If you care about the safety of your children you will stay away from this place.

Unsatisfactory...on a really busy street morning...noon an night....this facility has transportation...but wont transport close distances due to traffic and not willing to accommodate with good reasoning.I removed my loved one due lack of communication ,and Low accommodations.
Parents be aware of this daycare provider this place is not a safe environment for your child. The facility is infesting with mice and bugs. The daycare owners rough handle the children and the employers use very inappropriate language and they speak poorly about the children parents while under their supervision. Who spend their hard earn money for childcare they need in order make a decent living. PARENTS DON'T SEND YOUR CHILD HERE....
My personal experience is the facility is very professional and accommodating to parent's needs. They go out of their way to help families.

There are two sides to every story. When we got involved with Mr. Gupta, we were under the impression we would be paid in a timely manner, and we were working with a straight shooter. We were fooled. After two bounced checks, and asking us to lie to a bank, we really didn't want anymore part in this matter. We didn't steal fron anyone, if anything we still aren't paid the full balance for all the change orders Gupta added separate to our intital agreement. Gupta, bad mouthing people who have bent over backwards for you, to ensure your store got open when you couldn't even pay suppliers, is bad news. We wish you well, and would appreciate all facts being displayed before pointing fingers. Have a great day.
10/07/2017OverallWe chose Innovated Construction to build back our gas station on June 2016. At first, the project was seeming to go right and on schedule. As it got closer to the end, thats where the project took a downfall. The project manager kept promising a completion day, but failed many times to be done by that time period. Also, another problem we are still putting up with Mr. Randy Green (project manager) and his team is that they still have not finished the entire job after a whole year. First of all, a night window was to be put in with a drawer which Mr. Green claims to have possession of, but will not come and install it. Second, he has been paid to rebuild the carwash back, but never came back to even finish that. Thirdly, he still has our beer turf which has already been paid for, but not even delivered yet. Fourth, he did not even give us matching shelves with our counter shelves which he claims it still has to be paid for, but who would buy the whole counter display without matching shelves. Fifth, the hood he installed is already giving us problems. This list could go on and on, but I will leave to right here.This construction company is not a good professional company to go with to complete your construction needs. They may have a good price which is neither too cheap or expensive. The people running this business may end up cheating you out of your money. We are writing this message after failing many attempts to reach out to this company to finish their job and leaving with the only option of going to court. We just want to inform others before your cheated out of your hardworking money.

My son is now in 4th grade attending before and after care. I don't worry about him because I know he's in good hands.Suzanne is the Director of the school and has been a great resource to me for child development issues.I highly recommend them. Can't imagine my son being anywhere else.
