I bought a car from "outside city limits auto" about 2 1/2 months ago. First of all, this is not a car dealership, but just some white trash dude with some cars on his front lawn. That should've been my first clue. After only a week, the tire fell off on the highway nearly causing me to get in a severe accident. Turns out two of the lug bolts snapped off because three of the Lugnuts had fallen off and the remaining two lug bolts could not support the wheel. After fighting the "outside city limits auto" people tooth and nail for several weeks, they finally agreed to repair the damage to the hub and rotor and essentially fix the car. All great, right? No. A week later they sent me a bill for more than $2000 for the work done. I told him I'll be contacting my lawyer.Buyer beware!!!
Very friendly people, nice and big
Wonderful people to work with and if anything is ever wrong with our vehicle they fix it as fast as they can! Plus, $10 oil changes are a steal!
Love their easy-going employees! Easy to get ahold of and they work with you on EVERYTHING! I would recommend them to anyone!
Love this car lot. Payments i can afford. All the employees have always been so nice when i come in.
They sold me a truck that was wrecked previously. Never mentioned it and I asked and they lied. I paid 18000 for it and trade is about 10000 due to accident. Please do not shop here.
Do not go here! They were extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer. We wanted to look at other cars at other dealerships and they would keep asking us why and swore to us hat they had the best deal. They made me feel like I had no choice but to take their offer. Which we did not! They may make a good deal but the vehicles are crap and the one we test drove barely ran. When we decided on a different car at a different dealership they were furious and kept blowing up my phone to "make a deal." They are creepy. Just saying. Oh and the person that left a review, Billy, he works there! He is one of the dealers! He is just trying to leave a positive review.
The salesman who sold us a car took the time to ask us what we really needed to say, as far as what we wanted in an SUV.... Never once felt like the place was a used car lot. Very professional was Stephen and Heidi. She did finance.
worst haircut I've ever gotten. two people worked on me and second one didn't not blend the front with the back of my hair. I want it fixed.
