It's very professional and a great atmosphere. They are very reasonable on price. Cheapest place around to purchase a kirby.
It's a very professional place and love the service and quality. I would highly recommend place to anyone
That guy was literally given the shop. I worked for the old owner David Magee for almost 4 years but he had to retire. Gave the shop his longest working employee which already knew the paperwork and the door to door knocking, which is the current owner now Dennis. David had to retire because Dennis was out selling kirbys for his own buisiness under davids nose and sometimes even using davids own kirbys which I remind you I was repairing. Once Dennis finally learned how to do it he booted me before he really knew everything and had David doin it. It's cool but David is too old and Dennis cuts as many corners as possible resulting in lack of quality or honesty. He fired David a few months ago now so Instead of fixing your vacuum he'll try to force a new one on you or try to charge you for a new one anyways. 2 bags shouldn't be 30 dollars just sayin. Once I get my tools and figure the sales stuff out. I just stopped by to see if I could find David and get back into it myself. Five stars for David and I.
to make a long story short. They wouldn't leave when told several times in a 2 1/2 hr period that we had to leave. By this time the place was closed where we needed to go anyway. They convinced us to get a Kirby, they had to have a check for the taxes on the vacuum paid that night. We had a trade in ( contingent upon finding all of it, due to having everything in storage from moving). Told VERBALLY WITH A HAND SHAKE) that the 3 to cancel on the contract didnt apply to this, instead we had 10 days. Two days later they had cashed our check , never called to see if we if we found the stuff for the trade. We called them to cancel within 5 days. They did NOT stand by their word, will NOT refund us. Watch these guys because they are NOT honest and will probably scam you too!!!
8/5/2016I just tried to return a refurbished buffer attachment for my Kirby today. Unfortunately,it did not work well and left its bristles all over our floor. I paid $80 for it and was disappointed. Today, the new owner who was only too glad to sell me over $100 worth of items last month was very rude. I told him my dilemma and he pointed to the sign which said no refunds after leaving the store. I asked if I could just get some bags or an exchange of something. He said, I'm not giving you $80 worth of bags. I told him he sold me a piece of crap, I asked him again and he pointed again and said no refunds. He told me that people have come in and bought vacuums and tried to return them the same day and he would not refund their money. When checking with Kirby's headquarters customer service , the gal said he was not an authorized Kirby dealership ,so they couldn't do anything about my complaint. She said I could get a list of authorized Kirby dealerships from them.
Bought a vacuum to replace or grandmothers, that was taken. Literally 30 after bought they find it at a neighbors home and they wouldn't take the vacuum back and had only had for an hour. Grandma was a loyal customer until the new younger sleeze started running the shop! Never again will we be back!
This is the place to go to get your vacuum repaired and to buy a vacuum or buy kirby vacuum bags and belts . David Magee, the owner knows a lot about vacuums and has over 50 years of experience in repair and restoring them. He also carries quality and top of the line brands like Kirby, Hoover, etc. He is honest and helpful. A real straight shooter.
