Revived very slow service and when I commented the man told me I could go down the street where they have more help. Took my car and will not go back. Very poor professionalism and non existent customer service.

If you want a safety inspection on your vehicle, good luck. You'll be told they have no safety inspection sticker on hand, the inspector is out for the day, 2hr wait because of customers ahead of you (none even waiting at the time) or some other excuse. Made 4 attempts within 3wks and was lied to each visit.

Horrible service. Poor attitudes. I brought them a 1983 BMW because they had the oil I needed and had inspected it the week prior. I was told by Tim that he didn't have the oil filter in but, if I brought my own, he would change the oil for $8. For the remainder of my time there they mocked me and my car repeatedly calling me "Numbah one custamah" in what I'm sure was some racist patois. I asked for the box back from my Mann brand oil filter. I was challenged that you can get them anywhere in our town. He went so far as to get on the phone and ask for a Wix brand filter. I told him that was not what the manufacturer called for and was mocked further. Point is that I care about my import car. Enough to buy the proper filters, OEM parts and repair them with what is called for without breaking the bank. I will not return my car to Hillbilly Dave's bad attitude beat it till it fits shop.
