Overall

As a long time customer, I wanted to voice my displeasure with my experience today. Yesterday, I used your mobile app to make a deposit, to re-imburse my personal checking account for a business expense. It was clearly stated that deposits received before 4pm, via the mobile app, would be credited on todays business. This morning I find an overdraft charge, and that the deposit wasn't applied until today. I called and talked to Robyn, who told me that even though it states 4pm as a cutoff time, I needed to do it by 3:30 in order to give them enough time for system delays, and that the overdraft would stand.
