Vendor of this location including previous banks at this location for over 20 years. BMO is horrible about paying their bills. Local staff claims they have no authority to pay. Slow pay & no pay is blamed on corporate. Corporate is very disorganized & lacks consistency & accuracy in paying their obligations. There has been so much turn over of local staff that one can clearly see it must not be a good place to work. BMO seems to not have much sense of loyalty to employees, or vendors. In short they don't seem concerned at all about relationships, just numbers. I have a great working relationship with many banks & have had dealings with many financial institutions for decades. This is the worst I have ever seen
I'm upset with them, I am not able to get my account balance online, also I think that they gave me the wrong account number,
THIS IS THE CRAPPIEST BANK IN TOWN! THEY WILL BEG YOU TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT THEN BLEED YOU DRY FINANCIALLY! I SUGGEST SAVING MONEY IN A PIGGY BANK BEFORE YOU GO HERE! THE CHARGES WILL ADD UP QUICKLY EVEN WITH YOU NOT USING YOUR ACCOUNT!
