Please stay away from here! Extremely unorganized and very unprofessional. Their own employees have apologized and have admitted they have issues. Really tried to give it a chance, but it truly is just an awful experience. Don't waste your time and money especially with something as important as your eyes!
I saw Dr. Campbell. As the other reviewer said, it was a very thorough exam. My first issue was that they only have two choices for presbyopia contacts. I had some misunderstanding with my insurance, also. But what really made me decide not to go back here? I began having bloodshot irritated eyes after only a couple of months with contacts. I did a lot of reading and thought I might possibly be allergic to the all-in-one solution I was recommended to use. I called and explained the issue. I was told, by someone - not the doctor, that it was probably my seasonal allergies. I did not have any problems when I did not wear them. I asked about the possible allergy . Again, whoever answered the phone said it WAS NOT that and that that hardly ever happens. I thought I should see the doctor to confirm the problem. I was told I would have to pay full price for the appt. and that they WOULD NOT submit it to my insurance. However, I could submit it if I want! The "receptionist's" recommendation? "Try not wearing your contacts." What??? I tried the hydrogen peroxide solution for people who are allergic to the other solution. And I was right. Refusing to submit a charge to my insurance for an appointment to fix a problem and having someone other than a doctor diagnose me over the phone = Poor customer service. I won't go back.
Dont buy glasses here or at their down town location. I bought 2 pair and was told would have them in 2 weeks. It has been 3 weeks and nothing but lame excuses that make no sense. Don't know if I will ever get them.
