We love our new roof from Dennison! Scott and his son are both excellent communicators! I was extremely impressed with the workers that came to my home to tear off the old roof and install the new one. They were friendly, efficient, professional and extremely hardworking! They cleaned up every night and after it was completed, there were no materials left for me to worry about cleaning up! I would highly recommend this team of individuals to do your next roof! 10 out of 10 experience!

I returned to Dennison for more gutters after having a good experience with them for a new roof after purchasing my home in 2020! I found the same ease of contact and good follow through on this smaller job. I am happy to say the basement is dry through all this Michigan rain and I will look to Dennison for my needs as they arise in the future!
When the job was bid, Bruce explained to get the dirt in first! Now I have a gutter buried out into the back yard.
At install, my guys recommended turning this gutter out into the yard and had it done almost immediately. See picture.

The experience with Gutter Topper was fantastic.
The initial visit to do an estimate was clear, detailed and very easy. He took the time to explain the advantages of the system and how specifically it would work/ match with our roof lines and shingle colors. There was no pressure to sign up now to get the best price. They gave us time to review and discuss and to reach out when we were ready.
The people that did the work were friendly, professional and experienced. The weather was horrible on the day to begin our job, but they still worked long days, making sure everything was done correctly. They even answered our questions before, during and after the system was being installed.
The follow up was also easy. When we had questions afterwards they were answered promptly and in detail so we were satisfied.
We’ve had plenty of rain since the system was installed and they have worked very, very well.
We are so very happy we made the investment in our home to go with Gutter Topper and Dennison.

This is my 2nd roof in 5 years (two different homes) that I've contracted Dennison for. It was a quick and easy decision for us the 2nd time around due to the professionalism, responsiveness and quality of the work done the first time around. He and his team communicate well and often. The pricing will not be cheapest in town however the quality, workmanship and service professionalism is the best in town, hands down, by far.

Provided excellent customer service. Walked me through the entire process, and the products used. The installers met with me prior to project start to discuss what was being installed, and how long it would take to complete. Excellent warranties for the shingles, winter and ice guard. Provided video example of how their ridge vent product moves air through attic. Excellent price in my opinion of foil heat barrier throughout attic. Took the time to cut the barrier sheets to size and shape around attic rafters and objects in attic, the best that they could. Lots of pictures provided of the beginning, middle, and end of the project. Great price for replacing entire roof, but left the decking as it was still good condition. Also replaced two old windows and caulked the old sill, where there was exposed wood. The crew even used a large plywood piece to cover and protect the plastic cover for my basement window when they throwing debris off my roof. An excellent detail to protect homeowner property. The crew also installed flex hose to a unattached bathroom fan vent in the attic. They attached it to a new vent box in the newly installed roof. Even though it was not requested at the beginning of the project. Good customer service.

After much research, we chose Dennison Exterior Solutions & Gutter Toppers to replace our 26 year old roof. One of the main reasons that we chose Dennison is that they were one of the few companies that advertised a complete solution, including new roof, gutters, downspouts and Gutter Toppers. All communications with Scott Dennison and Sam, the Installation Manager, were very fast and extremely thorough. A very comprehensive inspection was initially completed, including accessing the attic. Numerous photos were taken both in the attic and of the outside of the house. Additionally, a drone was used to capture a detailed overview of what the project would include. A considerable amount of time was spent explaining proper ventilation and the changes needed to have our project be in compliance for warranty certification. A detailed explanation for all stages of the project was provided along with the quote and before the work started. They were able to schedule the project much faster than expected, and complete all parts of the project in only a week, using the same hard working three man crew. All the work was completed in an exceptional manner, including the necessary clean up after various stages of the project. The results look great and will provide us with an installation that will last long into the future. We highly recommend this company for any project that falls within their extensive list of capabilities.

Dennison Exterior Solutions had replaced our roof and we were very happy with them so when we experienced an issue recently with a bathroom vent we called Scott. He responded promptly and we scheduled an estimate appointment. Brent came out and was very professional, knowledgable and courteous giving us various options to address our concerns. We recieved a thorough written estimate and scheduled a time for the work. From the beginning to the completion of the work we could not have been more pleased with Dennison Exterior Solutions!

I had several quotes done. Sam the Install Manager did the most through inspection during the estimate process. He was the only one who actually looked in the attic and verified ventilation needs during the estimate process. When Scott provided me with my estimate, I was very straight forward on what my price range was and what I hoped to accomplish. Scott worked with me to get as much work done as I could, and the value in craftsmanship was well worth it. The crew worked through a week of rain and then the hottest days we had all summer. They covered every last detail, and my pup made a couple new friends. It was very satisfying to watch the first hard rain come down the new roof, over the gutter-toppers, and smoothly down the gutters. We also added the attic insulation and I am looking forward to it's performance this winter.

Dennison came in under four other estimates I got. They were able to complete the project very quickly, and when they came out they found an earlier, improperly done job that they corrected with no charge. Very responsive. Their idea for the repair saved me thousands of dollars in foundation work!

We are very happy with the finished product. There were a few minor glitches with the scheduling, but they worked extra to adapt and get it done. The supervisor was even working with a sore ankle, and still made sure to complete the gutters. We really noticed the difference in our house with the first heavy rain.
All of the water went exactly where it was supposed to go!

Scott and his team pay attention to all the details when it comes to roof installation. Our old roof was less than 10 years old but didn’t have proper ventilation which caused it to degrade sooner. Although they cost a bit more than the competition it’s worth knowing the roof is done right.
