I lived in the apartment for several years prior to them acquiring the property, they said the cleaning deposit was removed & I wouldn't be responsible for it I lived there for 14 yrs total, there was damage when I moved in they supposedly took photos yet now when I was forced to move due to illness the hit me with cleaning & maintenance fees I was unaware of in the first place, bad folks don't rent or lease from them ever
At the beginning of our lease we filled out a huge sheet listing current conditions of the property we would rent, including cleanliness and maintenance issues. When we moved out, leaving the property in excellent condition, we were charged for cleaning, although I had personally cleaned everything on their list; we were charged for maintenance, including items that were not fixed when we moved in; we were charged for a third key, even though we were only issued two keys; we were charged for pest control, even though I paid for pest control while living there. In addition, I returned the pool rental key earlier than required but was never given the $100 refund I had paid. I would never recommend this company to any prospective renter.
Absolute worst company I've ever rented from. The house was disgusting when I moved in, even after they gave me my keys a week late because they were "still cleaning." I spent two days cleaning it myself. The leasing manager, Mitch, is the most disrespectful representative I've talked to. I've never been talked down to so much by a person like that man managed to do in ten minutes. All because I refused to pay charges posted to my account by mistake of his staff. It felt like I was arguing with a 13 year old girl. If I were the owner I would be completely humiliated to have this guy working for me. He is the most unprofessional worker there. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay FAR FAR AWAY.

As owners, we have used Jensen for more than 9 years. They have conducted themselves professionally at every phone call or every visit. They found renters quickly and we have never had a problem renter. I would recommend them to any owner who needs a management company.
The only problem I have with these people, is being yelled at while at work by their tenant coordinator Mitch Mcbride. He is the most biggest bully. I felt personally victimized by this man and how he was treating me, not only that but he harassed me non stop, and when i asked him to stop yelling he would comment back "I'm not yelling, do you want me to?" Even though he already was in fact yelling at me. He called me even though I wasn't on a lease or renting through them at that time. But my number got brought up because my brother was, and I have been living there for only a few weeks, and trying to see how to add myself onto the lease (had to fill out a whole other lease for a different apartment then had them link our leases) He continued to yell and argue like a 10 year old. Making me almost break down during work. After he realized I wasn't even on a lease, he commented "Well you aren't even on the lease, I hope you sleep soundly tonight." i have read reviews before (after what happened) about this man yelling at the people renting through them and he still does it. I don't understand why you would allow someone like that to work for you as a tenant Coordinator, I would be completely embarrassed to have him as my employee, he is very unprofessional, rude, and a bully. At first I didn't even want to say anything out of fear he could do something because after all he has all the tenants info such as my brothers and now mine. That's how bad this man is and how rude he is, he makes you feel low, and puts you down as much as he can. I am absolutely flabbergasted by this man and how he acts and now that I know all of this, I will never ever be renting through them in future all because of that one man.
RENTERS AND HOME OWNERS BEWARE!!!!FOR RENTERS: You will never get your deposit back and the company will make up fake damages to the house to make sure you never do get it back. They may even try to charge you more when you try to leave.FOR HOME OWNERS: This company does not care for your property. They will not call back renters even on their emergency line when there is a problem. Please go read my google review for a more in-depth review. We (outside the US) listed our property in the St. George/Hurricane area to be rented out and managed by Jensen. They totally dropped the ball and neglected our property. Every time we called to find out the status, they seemed not to even know they had it in their portfolio. The property remained vacant for a year with essentially no marketing and we went elsewhere.
Not a professional business.Plain rude customer service.No step in office,not working on weekends.Insufficient information on their online listings.I would stay away signing anything with this agency.
I have rented through Jensen Property management in three different locations since 2004. I have always had professional and courteous help with everything from my initial deposit and move-in, to prompt and outstanding service when I needed a repair or concern addressed. I have NEVER had a problem that was not addressed or a question answered about my lease or rental that I lived in. I have rented from other management companies and had such bad experiences that it has made me realize how well I appreciate Jensen Property Management.
