I've subscribed to this firm's service for a number of years. At first it seemed to be O.K, but lately it has proven itself untrustworthy.I'm 75 & a 100% rated disabled veteran who lives alone. Recently I pushed the button seeking assistance because I'd fallen down & couldn't arise on my own, but a Rescue Alert representative took it upon himself to tell me over the firm's squawk box that I was requesting assistance unnecessarily. & shouldn't have have disturbed himI strongly advise anyone & everyone to avoid using this firm's rotten service.
