If you want your order to be right, pick it up yourself! They could care less. Several times we’ve ordered it’s been wrong but it was always with one certain restaurant so we would try them again when in a jam. This time it was messed up they wouldn’t take ownership of it. Plus, the delivery driver was on his cell phone when he delivered the order and took a bit to get off. You have one job! You couldn’t sit in your car for 30 seconds more to finish the call or take a break while you have someone their order? To make a customer sit there and wait while you are on a call is rude! I complained about it and while I was talking to them, I brought it up three times and they never addressed it which makes me think that person is an owner or someone like that.
I've used them twice for dinner when things were chaotic and we didn't have time to cook dinner. We called to confirm the order and the lady was really nice. She told me it would be an hour and it showed up at about 45-50 minutes. The delivery guy is my favorite part. He is super nice and just seems like a great guy. I don't think I'd order lunch since i only order for myself and there is a minimum but dinner definitely. I wish they'd get rid of dickeys bbq (they're a gross restaurant) and sign on someone like Capriottis or Sakura :D.
Used this company for a while to deliver lunches to our office, and they were constantly delivering an hour earlier than requested, their staff would only half set up the food (leaving containers stacked on the counter), and when they had questions about orders, their phone staff was rude. THEN, our credit card information was leaked (and we KNOW it was mobile waiter as it was a new account and that was the only vendor I'd used on both cards that had fraud) so I cancelled my cards, etc. and when I called to let them know about the system flaw, the MANAGER did nothing but defend himself and demean me, saying that I was totally wrong and he found it "hard to believe" that I didn't use my cards somewhere else (It's a NEW ACCOUNT!!) and told me there was no way it was them. I told him that I was calling just to let them know so they could address it, and he didn't take any responsibility or accountability, he just attacked me like it was my fault that the info was stolen. If this is how you treat your customers?!?! We will definitely NOT be ordering from them again.
I only used this service because I wasn't able to leave work for my dinner break. Although the brochure says that there is a $15 minimum for dinner orders, each restaurant can set their own minimum. I was told it would take an hour for my food to get to me, even though I'm less than 10 minutes from the restaurant I ordered from, but received my order after at least an hour and a half. When I called to be sure my order was still coming, the employee rudely told me that he told me the first time I called that it would be an hour and 15 minutes. The entire experience was frustrating. I do not recommend their service. From now on I will only order delivery from places like Jimmy Johns that offer it from their business.

I am a sales vendor in the St George area that has conducted routine business in the past with "The Mobile Waiter". The owner of The Mobile Waiter cannot be trusted to follow through on verbal business agreements with sales vendors. You will pay 10% to 15% higher for The Mobile Waiter Service. Pick up the food yourself and save money!!!!
