After waiting to pick up our car for about 45 minutes, the car they gave us was empty. We were supposed to get a fuel credit, but didn't get it. I called in the local Enterprise office and was told they couldn't issue the credit because the paperwork was closed out. The manager offered to write on a card to give me a $15.00 credit for fuel on my next rental. I asked him if he could mail it, but he said I would have to come in and pick it up. I was in disbelief that he wouldn't just mail it to me and expressed my displeasure. He then hung up on me. Terrible customer service.
