I came to Premier a year ago. I must say, the sales staff were not pushy. They allowed me plenty of time to look through the inventory and choose a vehicle which I thought would serve my needs. I was looking for a more fuel economical car, since I was commuting 160 miles round trip a day for work. We filled out paperwork and they began Trying to find financing for me. My credit was not the greatest. Yet they were diligent on the search. They did get me financed, but for a little less than the car I was looking at. They worked within the budget and got me into a very nice 2010 Nissan Versa. It has been a very reliable car and has only been in the shop once for an ac replacement. I will be back in the future for another vehicle.

Worst people to deal with in honest the most piece of shit cars and trucks on a car lot don’t why there still in business sold me a complete lemon told me it was fine after 1 week of owning it the transmission went out a week later my ac went out and then my transmission again then my fuel pump then my Injectors and the my injection pump now it’s my ecm (computer system) average price for all that cost not covered by the at all was about $16,354 now my truck is worth about 30,000 and will sell for about 16,000 thanks a lot (RON SHITMAN) delearship for the junkyard

Bought a car from these guys in December. I’d seen an ad on CL for a specific car they had with low miles. Test drove it, of course they said it was mechanically sound, and they rushed me out the door the moment I signed their mechanical disclaimer. I can claim fault here for not having it checked out first - that was absolutely stupid, but for a car with only 48k miles, I really did not expect the lemon I got.Within 3 hours of driving off the lot, the engine light comes on. Within 1 week, I've already put $150 into it. Within 4 weeks, $450. I thought it would stop, but NO. Within 6 months, it goes into limp mode and I’m told by 3 separate shops that the engine is blown, because there was water in the motor causing the oil to burn. They said it wasn’t normal wear and tear, that it was a lemon to begin with and there’s no way this dealership DIDN’T know about it’s plethora of problems. I went in after about 2 months of mechanical problems. The owner was fake and made me feel like I, or the shop I had taken it to, didn't know what we were talking about. He sent me over to one of HIS shops, where they put replaced some missing bolts, changed the oil, and told me to come back later.I went BACK into this dealership after they reached out to me saying the title had been “lost in the mail”. They said it had been mailed to the DMV, which in turn was to be mailed to me (as far as my bank is concerned, it was supposed to be mailed to the bank because it’s under a loan). I informed the lady that the vehicle is no longer running and while she offered to look around town for a discounted motor and/or a shop that could take payments, I never heard back from her or the lot. She also informed me that the car HAD been in the shop previously for some work, which the owner DENIED previously. This is my worst nightmare. Thousands in debt for a car that doesn’t run, and the people who run this place are total snakes. They’ve even ignored the BBB’s attempts to reach them.
These guys were awesome they bent over backwards to get us a deal that was best suited for our family. I will recommend them HANDS DOWN for any of your car needs!

My wife and I were driving down the blvd after a exhausting day of car shopping when I spotted a white suburban out of the corner of my eye on their lot. I pulled around the block and went back to take a look. After a minute I was greeted by a salesman. I had several questions and the salesman politely stated he was currently helping someone but would retrieve another salesman to assist me. A young man walked out and greeted is. We talked for a minute and shortly after my wife and I were on a test drive. We decided we liked it but needed to go over some things with the salesman. Our salesman answered all of our questions and put everything in order. All in all it was a perfect experience. We were accommodated but not pressured. I don't know any other way to say it, but they took care of us and made it a good experience. The new SUV is great but so was dealing with great people! Thanks
