DO NOT GO HERE!! After informing me that they broke my laptop, they tried to blame their error on liquid damage. Like it was their "Get out of jail free" card. Here's the real deal. Simply Mac didn't, in fact, break my laptop. They only THOUGHT they broke it. It powered down during their third diagnostic test and they couldn't get it to power back up. They then informed me that there appeared to be liquid damage both inside and out (which, per Apple there wasn't) and that store policy is to send it to Apple which cost me $1500 to fix it. I took it to the Apple Store and here's what I discovered. You are all going to die....THE BATTERY WAS DEAD!!! That was why it wouldn't power back up, it was out of power. What immoral morons!!! Who's driving this flying umbrella? May I say, NEVER, and I mean never go to Simply Mac!!!!!
These people really know the point of sale industry and business. They have everything you need to get your business running and keep it running.
I purchased two LED TVs and a Dish Network system from these guys and was very pleased with their product knowledge and speedy service --they installed my satellite system the same day! They also beat Best Buy on the TV prices. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely do business with them again when I'm ready for a home theater system.
