        We offer spcialized 24 hour nursing care . Each resident will be offered individual televisions and phones, electric beds, laundry and housekeepign services. We also offer daily activities including outings to local shops. Our therapy services are delivered in our private gym as ordered by the resident's physician. Evaluations can be held on individual or group bases session. We offer occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy. We also have many out patient services to offer. This includes general rehabilitation, geriatric evaluation, pain management, fall prevention, and family/caregiver training. Southern Oaks is a ertified location for the Osceola County Alzheimer's Support Group monthly meeting. We are also members of the St Cloud chamber of Commerce and we are accredited.         Overall

        They neglected my mom and had I not visited when I did and found my mom totally lifeless, she would be dead today. Please be proactive for your loved ones. If you feel that something is wrong, do something about it. Don't be afraid to report a facility. Take action on your loved ones behalf. If we don't stand up for our elders or disabled, who will?
