NO STARS! False advertised as a private owner, just to get me to there dealership. If you could call it a dealership. Deception is a very bad business practice!
No stars. Lemon danger! 7 days after I drove off the lot the van broke down and is undriveable. Very disappointed
Eugene was extremely professional. As usual, Starling Chevrolet has the best customer service. Would highly recommend them for all your car needs.
USED CAR COMPANY, OLE RONNIE NEEDS THE MONEY, RSM AUTO, SKIPPERS, QUAILTY CARS, AND OLD GUAUITARS. TAX WARRANT, DECEPTIVE RIP OFF LIARS AND THEIVES!
William is a scam. He lied to me and took advantage of my 18 year old son. I was there and paid $1000 toward a car he had my son sign the papers with the correct amounts I watched him. He initialed my receipt with that amount. My son waited for his car. William told him he just had a few more papers to sign. My son signed them. Not understanding and when he called me I told him to put him on the phone, William told me he just needed a few more signed for the warranty and tag no money amounts changed. HE LIED TO ME! $4000 ON A CAR THAT VALUED AT $1800! I didn't mind paying the dealer fee. but really $2200 over. Window price was $2995. the next day my credit card was charged again WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION for more money. guess the COD price for a Florida tag is $200 more than what the actual cost is. THEY HAVE A TAX WARRANT 6 DIFFERENT BUSINESS NAMES ALL HAVE COMPLAINTS WITH BBB.
Had some items in a friends car and it was repoed they want a minimum of $75. to return my stuff. I can understand a small fee but, that's ridiculous.
I would highly recommend Starling Buick to anyone who is in need of a car without the pushy salesmen. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Besides an error in the original price, the vehicle was brought down to my internet quote after much number crunching. Chris was informative and very helpful and let us be. He wasn't breathing down our necks trying to sell us more. He was an excellent salesman, the kind I wish I'd see more often. Gerardo, in finance, amazing! Very personable and enjoyable to talk to. Before going over numbers, terms, the typical car finance stuff, we talked for quite some time about vintage muscle cars, definitely broke any ice that may have been there. Again, no pushiness. He recommended GAP, which I took, which in turn lowered my interest rate. By the time I was done with paperwork my car was ready!! Washed, tank full of gas, metal license plates installed (no temps), and car pulled up to the front door like valet service. This, by far, has been the absolute best car buying experience I've ever encountered. Most certainly worth the 3 hour drive to the dealership. I will most certainly refer others to Startling, Chris, and Gerardo when in the market for a vehicle. This dealership gets a 2 thumbs up by me. Keep up the great work Startling. Thank you!!!
I purchased my 2010 Silverado from Starling and do all my maintaince there. this is the best dealership I have ever been to.I have nothing but the best to say about the service and attention to the customers needs. I am so thankful that Starling Chevrolet is my dealership! I highly recommend them.
Sales department sucks! Service department is great but overly expensive! $400 for a battery and cable and tried to sell me a $1000 seat sensor that wasn't even bad! Also took my duramax there and they have a great diesel tech but again overly expensive!
They make promises they dont keep. They lie strait to your face. They will rip you off no mater who u are
