Dryer over heated 15 minutes after technician collected $190 for repair. The next available repair time was 5 days later and scheduled for 8-5 and then pushed back until 7pm. At 6:30pm I called to be told the tech would be there in 15-20 minutes. At 8pm I was told that the tech wasn't coming he reported that no one answered the door. They said they would schedule me for the first repair the next day 8am. At 10:30 I called to find out the tech would be coming between 1:45-3:45. At 2:30 he arrived and informed me that while I wouldn't be charged for additional service, the part that was needed would cost $140 and might take a week to get here. Thankfully they agreed to reduce my cost to the $80 diagnositic fee and offered a coupon on a new model.
