Doctor's Urgent Care

Went here for to seeknow treatment and the door was locked at 350pm staff rude and unwilling to even look in my direction as I was pulling on door. Hours on door are 4pm ( which is worthless ) saw staff leaving at 355pm ....very unprofessional will never be back and I highly recommend a more professional and courteous establishment to do business.

Not worth it. $250 bucks, never even saw a doctor, rude staff in the office when I called back later. They don't even answer my calls now. Shot they gave me did nothing but make a sore lump for two days (thanks for adding to the pain). Six mistakes on a page and a half of chart. Its a wonder they don't kill more people there. I guess you would have to be competent for that. Office manager left a lasting impression on me, I'd love to spend some time at length working on his customer service skills. Mostly by hand.

I have had many trips to E-Rooms and Dr.s in this Ohio Valley due to chronic back problems and this is THE only place that has ever shown they care and managed my pain excellently. They were also the ones who helped me through a time where my boyfriend had passed away in an automobile accident and they again were wonderful in helping me cope and medicating me perfectly to where I could still function. I would highly recommend this place and always have.
