J.D. Byrider is way too overpriced! After 6 months of owning the vehicle I wrecked my car. They ended up telling me they would help me fix it which was nice. But what wasn't nice was when I got it back I drove it out of the parking lot and lost my brakes...??!!! Then I got it back and my horn and my rear lights didn't work. They went to fix it and when I got it back they wouldn't shut off...Now everytime I need to turn my lights on at dark I have to go under my hood and turn them on by plugging a fuse back in. I looked under my hood and it looks like someone just wrapped a christmas present...Also I just had to spend a grand to fix my brakes...When they told me they "fixed" them, they only replaced the brake pads and told me I just needed brake pads. I took it to the shop and I had to replace EVERYTHING! (Rotors, wheel bearings, pins, caliburs, etc, etc, etc!) Yes, they do help you if you have bad credit and they are nice people but there vehicles are not worth the insane amount that they charge. My car is a 2005 and I've had it now for a year and I still owe a little less than 7000 on my car...
Make this your first stop for an exceptional used vehicle and excellent service. Michelle and Mike gave us their undivided attention and we were very impressed with this dealership. This was a very positive car buying experience and would highly recommend Ohio Motor Group.
My wife and I purchased a Saturn vue this week. The sales team helped us find the perfect car for us even though we didn't know what we wanted. They helped us get financed with poor credit too. Very impressed.
I just recently purchased a 2005 dodge caravan from this dealership I would recon dead them to everyone. Roger was on I dealt with he was very friendly and worked with me. He was very fair with me
