I am a huge buffalo wild wings fan. I go frequently. I decided to try out this new location and would NEVER come back. Our server was Chanda. After asking us numerous times if we wanted normal ranch with our fried pickles (which we did) we got southwestern. Our fried pickles were gross and not crispy at all. I then decided to try the new prime rib wrap. It was disgusting. The server then asked how I liked it and I told her I did not at all. She then proceeds to tell me that that sucks and she was going to try it herself for her free dinner that night. Not once did she apologize that I did not like it or offer me something different. My friend who I was with they also forgot her order of fries. Our cokes had about 3 pieces of ice in them. It was the absolute worst BWW experience I have had and do not in any way recommend this location. The parking situation sucks, the staff seemed to care less. Try another location, dont waste your time or money here.
First time to this location. Service is sub par, they didn't even know what beers they have on tap, manager had to go look. Got appetizer spinach dip, came out cold. Wings were not that great, warm but not hot. By far one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to. Will make the trip to Utica or Mt. Clemens next time!
I felt the need to write this review only because the only other review they had was unnecessarily negative. I have been to this location multiple times and I have been to some of the other Buffalo Wild Wings in the area multiple times and this one is hands down the best around. I have not had any ridiculously long waits (I don't think "7 min" calls for such a scathing review)(. It is a fairly new location, so I'm sure they were just ironing out some of the kinks associated with opening a new restaurant. If you like Buffalo Wild Wings, then I suggest that you visit this location since I have yet to have a bad experience there.
Tonight I decided to try the New Buffalo Wild Wings in St. Clair Shores. I was surprised by all of the parking in the back of the lot, and it wasn't even 1/4 full. Good sign going into the restaurant at 5pm on a Friday night. At least 3 greeters at the front door to seat me and my 19 year old son. I asked to be seating in the bar sections, the greeters was very happy that I knew where I wanted to be seated. We decided to be seated in the new 4 season room. Well, it all went downhill from there. I have been at a number of different of Buffalo Wild Wings resturants in the past and never had a problem being served our drinks in the first couple minutes. I watched a number of wait staff walking around in circles looking to help their customers, but not in the 4 seasons room. My son and I waiting 7 minutes and then decided to leaving, within those 7 minutes I watched a managers walking from table to table asking how the meals were, but we were still waiting for a drink. I told my son we were leaving, but before we left I walked up to the manager that was walking around and let him know that we waited 7 minutes and that we were leaving and will not be back. I let me know that the wait staff was in the back room getting a peep talk before the dinner rush. Who does that on a Friday night during Happy Hour!!!!
