Poor Customer Conflict Resolution Skills!! I placed an order for Steak and Eggs scrambled hard. What I got was eggs burnt all across the top. I called them to inform only to be greeted by the rude cashier who tells me this is what scrambled hard means..Nooooooo...its not. So I return it and she starts a public rant about how its not her fault that I.ordered it this way..takes the bag and tries to offer me a $1...Seriuosly??..LOL..Noooo. Of course they claimed no Mgr was avail right? And she even went as far as to say they don't get complaints. You're a restaurant! Are you for real????

So I inform her that this is a customer service based business and that her disposition is inappropriate as it relates to customer service. The cook comes.over and refunds the money and refuses MY business.REALLY? LOL..As if I'd ever return to such an ignorant unprofessionally run establishment to begin with. OK Sherlock..good luck with the whole refusing business during a recession from patrons who work at an office that has ordered from you 3 times this week..SMH...over an egg??.lmbo..Sincerely..Money Out The Door
