My 85 year old Aunt purchased shoes 10/4/17. She wore them in her apartment a few times and felt they did not fit properly. October 16, 2017, 12 days later we returned the shoes. THEIR RETURN POLICY 7 days in small print at the bottom of the receipt!! For that reason they provided an in-store-credit. I reached out to the store and was told that’s the way we do business. As a retired business owner suggested they reconsider as very few people want an in-store-credit. Suggested they may be shooting them self in the foot as social media is available. I was told ‘“our customers are old and don’t use social media.” So our experience has not been pleasant and would strongly recommend you shop where the business works with you not against.
The Best!If you have foot problem, this is your shoe store.You won't find nicer, more helpful people. I've sent friends that live an hour away. They say it was worth the trip!
They take their time with each customer that comes into the store. They dont pressure you into buying something that you cant afford or pressure you into buying anything. They have all good quality shoes. The staff is friendly & not overbearing on you.
