Do yourself a favor and just do not even walk in the door to this place. They will take your money for a vehicle that has so many issues with it that you probably won't be able to drive it anyway. However, they will still expect you to pay your bill. My husband got a car from them in July 2017. The VERY NEXT DAY the check engine light comes on. He was told he would have to bring it in for them to look at. Fine. But we don't get a replacement car in the mean time and we just paid them $950! My husband worked the same schedule they were open so he couldn't get it in or be without a car for that matter. 2 weeks later the car breaks down at his job. I called and spoke to the general manager and he told me to have my husband look at it because it is probably just a hose that busted and if he was mechanically inclined at all he could fix it for $10. They ended up fixing it because we hadn't had the car that long but was without a car for a week after purchasing it and no replacement car. We were expected to pay while we didn't have the car also. They wouldn't prorate the payment or anything. So we did. When we got the car back they didn't fix the check engine light and told us we would have to bring the car back yet again!! Who in their right mind would pay almost $800 a month for a car that is in the shop more than it is being drove?! Then after all of the rain we have had lately, the whole inside of the car leaks. When I say leaks I don't mean like a few drops, I mean like the whole car is soaked when it rains!!! From the front seat to the trunk everything ends up soaked. Such a scandalous business. I reported this company to the BBB and their response was that they weren't giving me my money back because their contract states no refunds. No mention of the leaking and there was surely more wrong with this vehicle than a bad radiator and motor mount bolt that they replaced. BEWARE!!***added pictures of what all was wrong with the car when I paid to have it scanned***
Visited the center. Drove several cars with no advice from he sales rep. Picked a car, processed all the paperwork. Drove off only to realize the AC was not working within 30 mins of leaving the center. I returned and asked if I could just switch to a car that worked completely. I was told NO and they would fix it. Now I'm waiting longer for them to fix it. No help what so ever. It's a scam for those unfortunate in financing. It's a trap for them to always be in debt.
It has truly been a headache dealing with this company.First off I wrote a review months ago.And they said that they would have someone reach out to us.Well guess what that never happened.So we had taken our car to a Kia dealer to have it appraised.So this 2014 Kia Optima that they had us paying $15,000 dollars for was only worth $11,000.And then they told us that this car had only been in one accident lies.The car had been in two accidents one fender bender that they told us about.And then another one more major.And we are looking into taking them to court for that.And they can't lie we have the paper work to prove it from there company and also from the Kia dealer.And they constantly feed you lies from Patrick to Steve.We took them the paperwork to send off to get our refund back for the GAP insurance.Come to find out when I called EFT insurance two weeks later to find out if they sent our paper work in they hadn't.And Steve assured us that they would put it in on June 26,2017.We had to send them the paperwork ourselves.And now the insurance company notified us that the refund had been issued to them.So my husband and myself reached out to Steve he told us he needed the lien release paper.So I emailed that and also text it to him.He told my husband that they were going to get it processed.And it should be ready to pick up August 14th or 15th.So I called them Steve said that he had to call and see if they had processed it.Another one of his unprofessional lies.So my husband waited and called back in a hour.And he got hung up on like three times,before Steve got on the phone telling my husband I didn't tell you today.I said the middle of next week and here you are calling me Monday another lie.And whom do you think you are speaking to like that.They are very rude at this location.We just want our money so that we can be done with these people.And if you are going to respond we will be reaching out to us please make sure you do it this time.
Great people. Although it was a used truck with no warrenty, they repaired the A/C and gave me a loaner car. I'm very happy with the company.
Son brought a vehicle from them cash! A month later it broke down, with blown head gasket. Shisty dealers! Run, run, run the other way!!!!
Correy H.Don't waste your time with this place. Once your deal is done they never owned up to their word. The salesman J.R. is not to be trusted, he will call and call again to complete the sale but when there's an issue he will find every reason in the book not to call you back. My brakes went bad after a month of owning the vehicle, I took it to my mechanic to replace the brakes and there was no wheel lock. The mechanic told me by state law they are required to remove all four wheels to complete the state safety inspection and that if it was done correctly I would have the wheel key to remove the locks. I called the dealer and they stated I was responsible for the lock and that they never had it, which made me assume they failed to properly inspect the vehicle. These are manufacturers wheel locks which aren't cheap and now I have to pay to have them removed. Also I had to replace the radiator after purchasing the vehicle. I will be contacting a lawyer to rectify my issues, and also informing Missouri State Highway Patrol (Troop C) that vehicle inspections aren't being properly done by the dealer. Save yourself the headache, don't do business with theses guys.

And it wouldn't go towards all the staff but it would go towards one individual at this location "Debbie." thanks for turning my car off while I had my daughter in the car who is a baby, thank you for hanging up in my husband face and my face when we call to tell you how horrible you are due to the fact I paid you 400 and you came and for my car for a whole week to be fixed with another loaner to get to work and provide for my family. Your customer service skills are horrible. You don't take someone's shit esp if they paid the note and give them nothing for a whole week. That is complete bull shit. And to the complainant line I'm am ashamed youre working there. I gave you my concern regarding my money and the car I rent along with your service and mine of you give a rat's ass about how you treat people who give their hard earned money to you for a car. If I print out all the conversations I had with you guys and all the hang ups and slam that shit on your desk what would you do? Not only have you guys disrepected my family but you've disrespected a pregnant woman who has a great lawyer. You guys are horrible.
