Weve spent thousands of $ here up till a few days ago. We took our defective ecig back that we just bought the day before (it kept misfiring and still keeps misfiring to this day), yet they wouldnt give us a refund and wouldnt even exchange it because they said they couldnt duplicate the problem during their 10 seconds of testing it. On top of that, after I went home and looked online to try and find a solution since the employees refused to fix it, I came across my exact same ecig that I paid $95 for, half the price and cheaper at all kinds of other stores.I never leave bad reviews, but their total refusal to fix or exchange my defective product, especially after all the money we've spent there the past couple years, leaves me no choice but to warn others about their shady practices. I almost forgot their strategically placed, almost hidden 'No refunds' sign that's virtually impossible to see too. Shop at your own risk, they do NOT fix or exchange their defective products EVER
The personnel at this store are awesome. I approached Treesa and asked her to direct us to the HR Dept last week and she walked to that department with us. This was service plus and I have never worked with a more courteous person. She is certainly a credit to Wal-Mart. The HR staff was very helpful as well. Thank you Fran
