I have never been able to actually see the doctor, just the nurse who is great but cannot write scripts. The receptionists are typically unreasonable and not helpful. My daughter needed a script refill for her ADHD medication and I was told there was NO DOCTOR to write the script for her for TWO WEEKS at ANY OF THEIR MANY LOCATIONS. ZERO compassion for the child. She will be off of her meds until the doctor returns to write the script. My baby was in the hospital last week so we had to reschedule the follow up appointment and was not warned that there would not be a doctor available for weeks. Also, they never followed up on my baby who had an overnight stay at Children's last week. THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dr. Paul Hinton is a nice person, and that is the ONLY thing nice I can state. Over a 4 year period, we have been left in a waiting room for an average of 45 minutes, even when we arrive early, before we are called in. We are treated with extreme rudeness by all staff. We have been lefted in rooms and forgotten about. Getting prescription refills is next to impossible. Billing is a complete nightmare. Today was the last straw. After an hour waiting for the first appointment today, we walked out.
Worst experience I've ever had! If I could do negative stars I would! This is the absolute worst practice ever. For our first time visit never saw doctor only a nurse when appointment was made with Dr. Paul Hinton. Long wait even got there early to fill out paperwork and to find out later they miss placed it. Billing department is horrible, no direct line to office, dirty rooms, referral department sucks, don't expect a call back if you have any concerns about illness.
I'd steer clear of this practice. Poor customer service and extreme unprofessionalism. To be fair, one woman at the front desk is a delight- otherwise I was actually appalled with the fact that this was a medical office. Room walls are paper thin and i could hear the appointment next door. On top of that, i was billed incorrectly and I had to call to get it corrected. My husband had a similar experience and we will not be returning. Sad excuse for primary care.
