I WANTED to like these guys, honestly...Although Mike and Steve seem very respectful to your situation, if the car you buy has problems like mine did, (like a check engine light right off the lot and a bad clutch slave cylinder in under 1k miles) they will basically tell you their hands are tied. The crap warranty they brag about from the get go won't cover anything but maybe a freak accident in which your engine explodes...and even then I'm not sure it would. They need to do more extensive inspections on the cars they sell, bottom line. I'm now $2k into a car I paid $7k for 2 months ago and I really have a bad feeling the bs isn't over. Wouldn't recommend!

My daughter was in the market for a car to replace her truck. She saw a red Volvo at 94Autohaus that she wanted to test drive. First of all, let me say, that I read some of the on-line reviews of this place and was very wary! We came anyway and was I pleasantly surprised. We test drove the Volvo which was so-so, but coming back and walking back through the parking lot, my daughter say a silver 2006 Mitsubishi Endeavor. We asked to test drive that car and she loved it. The ride was smooth, nice interior. So we started the buying process. I thought it was going to be a hassle, but I was pleasantly surprised. Steve made the process very easy and pain free. When my daughter got the vehicle home, her check engine light came on. We had the code read and it was her calalytic converter. We took the car back up to Steve and he has been working diligently with his mechanic to get the problem fixed. So far, I am very happy with our experience there. I was very pleasantly surprised.

They sell lemons. I bought a car with a warranty. One week later it stopped working. They did not honor the warranty due to a loophole. They have plenty of loopholes in their contracts. Worse car experience ever. Do not buy from them!!
