Ark Technologies is a Japanese-American, family-owned business that specializes in the manufacturing of precision springs, stampings and assemblies. It is an ISO 9001:2000-certified company that has been serving customers since 1980. The company has a more than 70,000-square-foot production facility that features over 80 production machines, including nearly 50 computer numerical control spring forming machines. Ark Technologies has a staff of more than 100 employees that includes engineering and quality specialists who provide technical assistance and solutions. The company offers spring assemblies, wire forms and stampings, as well as compression, extension and torsion springs. It provides die maintenance, cycle testing, and tool design and fabrication services. The company s additional services include creep tempering, spring setting, grinding, sorting, painting, teflon coating, and zinc and trivalent chromate plating. It has received the Manufacturer of the Year Award from the Asian American Alliance. Ark Technologies is located in St. Charles, Ill.
